Me and my husband were out shopping. We ordered on the app. 2 of the grinch meals, I was so disappointed, I don't like McDonald's anyways, but both of our foods were so old and so cold. It was just disgustingly gross. It seems like it's sat in the box, probably all day and then they served it to us. Just disgustingly bad to do that to anybody.

Drive thu screwed up my order. Charged for 2 mcdouble VALUE MEALS but only got 2 mcdouble burgers. I wasn't given my receipt, so even though I argued with window person, it was not corrected.

Hamburger pattie was not hot enough and fries had a lot of old crust piece in bottom where there mot cleaning the fry tray
Absolutely abysmal location. I ordered breakfast on the app well before the cutoff, arrived shortly after due to traffic, and they refused to serve my food. The drive through employee claimed he canceled my order, and when I spoke to the manager he claimed that they could not cancel the order, so someone is lying. I dont even care, I just wanted the food that I had already paid for and they wouldn't even give me that. And a refund will take several days, apparently. Terrible service, try another location instead.
