Drive thu screwed up my order. Charged for 2 mcdouble VALUE MEALS but only got 2 mcdouble burgers. I wasn't given my receipt, so even though I argued with window person, it was not corrected.

We have ate at McDonalds more in the past year than we have in the last 20 years combined. On October 28th, the experience was not expected and in turn we had cold food. This clearly is a training issue. Brian R. Replied to my conundrum offering to send something (gift card) out to make things better. He never acknowledged the issue or sent anything to me. I followed up twice. It just shows me his true character and he didn't keep his word.

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes waiting for an order and then they lost the order. I’ve had lots of problems with this location. I would recommend not going here.
I don't know what it is about the McDonald's owned by this particular franchisee but their managers are pathetic as I stopped in and the front end manager was a Hispanic woman and they were preparing for lunch and she opened the pie dispenser and counted the pies and I believe there were five in there, she looked back to the young lady who was working when the kitchen line and asked her how many pies she was instructed to cook, and the girl replied "4" and then the manager asked her why she made five in a louder tone and then followed up with it would come out of her paycheck if it happens again.
Not only is that rude and inappropriate but if you have an issue with an employee take it in the back and put it one on one versus being on display in public. Moreover, Even the threat of reducing an employee's wages for that type of issue is not only immoral but illegal as well.

Ordered a mc chicken and a frappe with expresso. Didn't put the mc chicken in the order and the shot of expresso was 1.39 when other locations or either .59 or .80 cents. The frappe was as small of a cup as I've ever seen and wasn't even to the top. Ice wasnt even blended smooth...chunky. Good grief this franchise has gone south in a hurry.
