I’m not trying to be harsh but this use to be a good location years back when it was the only one. Going in here expect to not get your moneys worth Everytime I get a dingy they only fill it up half way I’ve been going to nautical since they opened and I always prefer going to maple grove location , because you truly get your moneys worrh , these things are spendy and shouldn’t be taken so lightly . I know this is not a one time situation as I have given this location a chance every few months . The only time it’s good is when the managers are there and make it. Please update your workers so we can start coming to this location more, I know I’m not the only one that sees this as there are many that have talked about this, and choosing to go to a different location because lack of care it seems for peoples money.

Lauren was an absolute doll! She was cleaning when I arrive and had the place sparkling. She made my bowl with a smile on her face and has a great sense of humor and health and amazing conversation. I will be returning to just see lauren!!!
