Had a delightful experience here on Monday night. It’s a beautiful, comfortable space. Love the happy hour & dinner menus. There are many nice selections for everyone/all appetites. Food was delicious and service was friendly & top notch. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Great service, really enjoyed the cheesy hashbrowns, beignets, and the crab cake/lobster cake.

Tyler is the best, he is super chill and has helpful recommendations. Great experience! Thank you Tyler! I would recommend requesting him if you want a delightful experience. Also, The French onion soup was made well.

I feel like a broken record . . . . . this was a monthly lunch with my business partner (we do a business review). Patty is always our server - and she is simply the best. Service from her is always outstanding. Food - also great.

As a local business owner, I’ve frequently enjoyed a brief escape to ninetwentyfive during my busy workdays. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit was an utter disappointment and far below the standards I’ve come to expect. I had booked and prepaid for a special experience, only to arrive and be told by multiple “managers” that my reservation could not be found. Despite providing receipts, confirmation numbers, and every bit of proof, I was repeatedly informed that my reservation—one I was literally showing them—did not exist.

To add to the frustration, even the servers admitted that things are going downhill and that “something is wrong.” The level of disorganization and disregard was disheartening, to say the least. The exceptional experience that once defined this restaurant seems to have vanished. Incompetent management has evidently driven this establishment into decline, tarnishing its reputation and alienating loyal patrons like myself.

It will be some time before I consider returning. This is not the ninetwentyfive I once knew.

Went to a Seafood Boil event for J.J. Hill days with two different timed seatings. We ended up on a 7:30pm time in the inside upper mezzanine. The check-in process was very disorganized with 180 people waiting to get seated all at the same time. The patrons were checked in but not seated, so everyone had to wait in a very small area. There was only one person manning the check-in. so both the regular patrons of the restaurant and those for the second seating were trying to check-in. Seating did not start until almost 30 minutes later and there was no ordered way to get seated. Many diners from the 5:30 seating were lingering, so many of the tables were not set for the next seating. Once people were seated, there was no communication on how to proceed with the buffet. Many were wondering where the buffet was located and how to get the meal. Plates and food were running out and not being replenished. The logistics of this event were not well executed. There was not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people coming into the restaurant. The food itself was good and our server was very attentive. But the overall experience was not as pleasant because of the chaos of seating and food service.

Poorly executed event. Waited in long unorganized line to check in only to wait longer, and then another long line to be sat at our table. Other customers were rude and staff let them cut in line. The line for food buffet was even longer. Food and waiter were great though thank goodness. Fireworks were nice but they let tables with the best views go unused.

Had reservations for the seafood boil on Saturday 9/7. Arrived about 10 minutes before my reservation and the lobby was packed. Everyone waiting had prepaid reservations but the staff appeared to have no idea what they were doing. They also did not inform all of us that stood there waiting for over 15 minutes what was going on. Once seated the area looked very nice and the your name on the table was a nice touch. The boiled seafood basket which every one received was a little disappointing for the price. It contained lots of crawfish which are not at all New England the clams and mussels were nice but again black mussels are more New Eagland then the large green ones that were served. The most disappointing was the lobster I expected maybe a small whole lobster or even a nice lobster tail what you received was an extremely small half of a tail. At the salad bar area they were constantly out of plates and ran out of garlic bread by the time I got my dinner. When it was time for dessert there was no plates to place your food on and the chocolate fountain was all plugged up and not flowing. The whole experience was very disappointing for the price I paid. I have had dinner and breakfast here before and it was always good but this was a BIG disappointment

We've dined here at three or four times over the last couple of years. Twice the hosts have been exceptionally rude. Not worth starting a nice evening out with on a bad note. It's too bad, because the food and ambiance are great.

We went to the JJ Hill AYCE SEAFOOD BOIL. What a terrible disappointment ? they were not set up to properly cook the food. This is the only way I can explain it. The lobster was stringy and under cooked the shrimp was mushy the mussels and clams were a 50/50 as to whether or not they were open. I will not return and truly wish we hadn't wasted this $$$

The brunch is great but their service is awful. especially the manager, when ask about the hours she was condescending and not helpful. Our experience was not what we expected and we are never going back.
