Love this gem of a spot in Wayzata - brunch was delicious - my Gruyère & mushroom omelette was yummy & hot when it arrived to me. I chose to add a little hollandaise sauce on the side which I highly recommend. Our group also shared the banana & strawberry toast with peanut butter and cocoa nibs & it was delish! Great service too & not too noisy - we cld hear each other talk which was an extra perk!
Great atmosphere and unique dishes at reasonable prices. Service was attentive without being intrusive.
To be fair, this is our 3rd time eating here and the first 2 were good. This visit, started with cocktails which were good. Ordered soup, salads, entrees and a bottle of wine. Everything came out at once. Lobster in Cobb salad was not completely thawed and entrees were lukewarm. Never received the wine. Per waiter, they couldn't find it when we asked where it was after we had finished eating. (He never checked in after we got the food en mass.)To their credit, manager did apologize and gave us an $88 credit for a $$350 bill. Hoping it was just bad night.
925 has beautiful ambience, delicious food, and great service. We look forward to coming back.
We enjoyed the French onion soup, wedge salad and the 925 burger and fries. All very good. Attentive and pleasant service. Pretty busy on a Monday evening. Ramp parking is a plus.
Let me start with the positive: our waiter was exceptional — polite, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled. Service like that is rare, and it deserves mention right up front. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't live up to the restaurant's ambitions. My steak was fine, but the crust was underdeveloped — more “pan-seared” than “charred perfection.” The mashed potatoes were starchy and lumpy, crying out for a quick pass through a tamis. The grilled asparagus was limp and forgettable. To add insult to injury, it wasn't particularly warm either. The crab legs were the real disappointment: cold, rubbery, and served with lukewarm butter. That's not luxury; that's cafeteria. Even the flatbread appetizer came out poorly cut, making it awkward to share — a small but telling lapse in attention to detail. My wife's braised short rib looked better, and she said it was fine — which is about as far as the compliments go. Is 925 terrible? No. It's not terrible. It's just not good enough for what it pretends to be. We gave it a second chance for a change of scene, but there won't be a third. That said, I'll repeat it because it matters: the waitstaff was outstanding — far better than the kitchen deserved.
My friend and I went for Restaurant Week. It was our first time here and thought it was a nice way to try the venue. The restaurant was busy and the timing of food was a bit off (even for a coursed dinner) but the food was good, and drinks were delicious.
The food was interesting and delicious, with fun and unique cocktail options. Enjoyed the experience so much we have reservations for Thanksgiving.
Excellent event tasting of Raasay Scotch whiskey varieties and creative delightful food pairings for each type of whiskey. Definitely recommend these special events. This restaurant chef Horhay has added new creativity to their menu!
We made a reservation and wanted to sit on main floor in booth. They didn't honor that. We were sent upstairs and the sommelier waited on us and was wonderful as was the food. We were escorted upstairs by the concierge on the elevator. Food and drink was amazing.

Terrific waitress. Tried new item on the menu - braised beef on toast with poached eggs & hollandaise. It was delicious. Told my friends about it.
The business dinner went very well. Food and service were amazing. Ambience was also perfect.
We had a great dinner on the patio. Beautiful surroundings, service and food. Our only disappointment was that the tables were so close, we felt apart of the next tables conversation.
Breakfast was lovely. I've dined here many times for breakfast, lunch, happy hour & dinner. I've never been disappointed. Great options offered. It is a hotel restaurant but it's a boutique hotel and so it's a boutique restaurant. Patty our server was very attentive.
Ate outside. Halibut was terrible. Tasted like a fish market. Inedible. Experience took almost 2 hours. They took the fish off our bill, but didn't ask if we would like anything else. Had to get up and ask where our server went. Was 25 minutes before they took out order. Bad service. Bad food. It's a shame.
