Consistently gets take out orders wrong. Last time I ordered I received the gluten free noodles with my Mac and Cheese and it was inedible. I didn’t receive a response when I reached out to the store directly.

If you order pick up, you have to wait about 30 minutes before you get it. And there’s no pick up area. You still have to wait in line behind all the other people in order to get your pick up order. They obviously need much more staff at the store and are beyond overwhelmed. GET THEM SOME HELP.

I never leave reviews but the cashier was so friendly I have to give a positive review!! Customer service seems to be a low priority these days and this guy (really wish I remembered his name.. Trevor?) was so friendly and positive it just made the experience so enjoyable! He also gave us free rice crispy bars on our way out!
Do you like carbs? Then this is the place fore you! Great food and great taste!

Whenever I come here I order the penne pasta without tomato chunks and sub with broccoli because the chunks's texture freaks me out. Sadly, Everytime I order the crew at this location either keeps the tomatoes in OR removes the tomatoes and the SAUCE. So I will be going to a noodles further away because I know other locations will do what I ask and will ask questions if they are confused with the order.
Pad Thai mushy. Not informed that they were out of ALL diet soda when I ordered one. When I asked about it the cashier said "oh yeah" with no remorse. I have Noodles at various locations and this was a bad experience.
