Is kind of Bougie and overwhelming for a first time visitor. The Alla Panna pizza though was really good.

If your planning to go I recommend you spend a few minutes looking at the menu online before hand.

It was very tasty and the taste of the food deserves 5 stars, however, the salad plate was not chosen correctly and the bread could have been put on a separate plate, due to this unprofessionalism, part of my dish ended up on the table and the ground.

Two of my kids worked at Punch pizza. Both loved their job so much and worked hard to get extra training and promotions. Both ONLY spoke positively about their job for over a year. Both happen to have their noses pierced. Suddenly Punch started to “crack down” on nose rings, even though nose jewelry does not violate health codes. Interestingly, the manager that instigated the anti-nose ring crusade had a big uncovered beard and wore bracelets (both against health code in the food industry). My kids were told they would need to wear masks at work to cover the appearance of their tiny nose rings. It’s ridiculous to think that they would rather have punch customers see a medical mask on an employee as opposed to a tiny piece of modern commonly accepted jewelry.

Funny… I’m a hair stylist at a high end Wayzata hair salon. Not a single client has ever balked at my facial jewelry or tattoos. I used to share with my clients that Punch was amazing and would be a great place for their teens to work. Now when I tell my clients why my kids felt forced to quit, my clients agree that it is ridiculous to have such an unnecessary and outdated policy in this day and age. Most people no longer think a thing of nose rings… but making employees wear masks makes it look like they are sick and makes communication more difficult. Not cool.

I have to laugh that I have come from thinking I was totally meh on Punch to being a true lover of Punch. For so many years as Punch grew up, I was so fortunate to be living in all the right places that had so frequent access to Punch that it became normal... until we moved out of state. That was a shock. Then we moved back. I no longer look that gift horse in the mouth!!
