I don't like to write a bad review but I went there today as I have been going there multiple times a month and the service was slow, they messed up my order and its one of the easiest orders out there so how they messed up I don't know now I'm scared to go there again if they messed it up again.

i ordered two caramel ribbon crunch frappechino 2 days apart. both were made wrong. whip cream did not fill lid to lid, no whipped cream and crumbles at the bottom and barely any at the top. just made wrong and sloppy. this is the only starbucks i’ve had an issue with this drink. everyone else makes it perfectly. waste of my money on a terrible overpriced frappe.

I got a matcha Frappuccino no whip and the employee put to much matcha powder in the drink or didn't put the Frappuccino powder in the blender was really disappointed with the drink I hope he didn't mess up anymore orders that day

So basically, we've been here two times and both times in a row they managed to mess up our drinks. So for one, they gave us a hair in the drink, and then the next time we came here they gave us basically full cups of ice, even though we asked for no ice in one and then light ice in the other. To make matters worse, we order the dragon drink, and they gave us a completely different drink. also, we did not appreciate the fact that they were only using card, that should not be happening and we hope to not deal with this again.

I ordered food and drinks for my whole family. I waited quite a while, but a nice brown haired barista helped me. I haven’t seen her there in the morning before. She assured me that they were super busy, but would help me and my family go on time. Got all of my items correctly and I was on my way.

I typically have a good experience here ordering through the app. I was in a hurry and needed to use the restroom so orderd at the counter. There was no line. My oatmeal was ready in about 5 minutes. The drive through line was busy but very few customers at the counter during my visit. After 15 minutes of waiting for my drink I asked if the wait is typically this long. And they said “oh we'll make it now” as if they forgot about it. When I opened my oatmeal it wasn't stirred so a large section of it was dry and I was not given a spoon so I had to go back in. I also noticed on my receipt they did not attach my rewards account. I would recommend sticking with the app. 17 mins is far to long to wait for a drink when they have plenty of people working and no line inside
The blonde hair girl working at 11:50 on April 28th was incredibly rude when I ordered my drink. Hire people with better customer service.
Was first in line in the drive through, waited 10 minutes, and latte came out white as milk.

I'm a Starbucks fan so came here while out of town. My drink was just like I like it. No wait in the drive thru though I did have to remind staff of my order that was pre ordered. The drive thru sign needs replaced as it is definitely damaged.

I will only visit the Plymouth Starbucks on Vicksburg for now on when I’m trying to get a local Starbucks drink. My drink at the wayzata location is made incorrectly 90% of the time and this last time it was not even 3/4th full. The service is super slow and they come across like they do not remotely care.

I asked for whipped cream…she said oh ya it comes with it. NOPE didn't get the whipped cream. I barely ever get coffee and when I do I want it made correctly!

Was handed a very hot Americano without out lid secured and it spilled all over my center counsel, car and down winter coat. Burned my hand as well. Never had this happen before and can’t get through phones to inform manager at store.

Hands down worst Starbucks!! For being on such a busy place. It is constantly closed at weird times. Sometimes drive thru is only open and other times only inside is. card reader is always broken. Constantly get orders wrong. Not sure what is going on here but they either need new managers or just close down. Maybe instead of asking for tips management needs to pay the employees better to get a better service. Obviously they don’t care to much.
