I placed an order on the app while sitting at the cafe. After 45 minutes it had still not been placed at the pick-up area, so I went to the register and asked about my order, showing the barista my order confirmation on the app. She said that my order was being made and asked if I would mind waiting. I was there for two more hours and they did not make my order. I am not a confrontational person so I just decided to leave and not return to this location in the future.

I have complained to corporate several times about this location and it would seem Starbucks just doesn’t care. Every time it is the longest wait to get your orders. Whether in drive thru or in the store. But if you watch the employees, they all just stand around and talk. There is zero sense of urgency to get customers on with their day. And then once you have your long awaited order, 1/3 the time it’s made wrong. And god forbid you ask to have them remake it, they give you the worst attitude. Starbucks needs to fix this store!

I usually don’t like to write bad reviews however, this Starbucks has the worst customer service. One of drinks came out and I waited 30min for my second drink. When I asked about my second drink instead of providing good customer service and sympathy for my long wait for my second drink I was told one drink comes from the espresso line and the other from the coffee line and their were a bunch of tickets ahead of my second drink. Logically shouldn’t drinks order together come out together…management needs to come up with better strategies to your drink line and go over empathy and sympathy with your employees. Instead I was told with a stern voice and attitude to wait.

Terrible service, about 15 mins in the drive thru every time I’m here.

Ordered oatmeal, they gave me a fork.... They were out of spoons, 7:30 in the morning.
Asking for a coffee with particular ingredients, it gets recorded in the order, I get a plain coffee. Can you just listen?
Management of this place could be better. I can make a coffe at home, I am coming for service and experience.

I don't like to write a bad review but I went there today as I have been going there multiple times a month and the service was slow, they messed up my order and its one of the easiest orders out there so how they messed up I don't know now I'm scared to go there again if they messed it up again.

i ordered two caramel ribbon crunch frappechino 2 days apart. both were made wrong. whip cream did not fill lid to lid, no whipped cream and crumbles at the bottom and barely any at the top. just made wrong and sloppy. this is the only starbucks i’ve had an issue with this drink. everyone else makes it perfectly. waste of my money on a terrible overpriced frappe.

I got a matcha Frappuccino no whip and the employee put to much matcha powder in the drink or didn't put the Frappuccino powder in the blender was really disappointed with the drink I hope he didn't mess up anymore orders that day

So basically, we've been here two times and both times in a row they managed to mess up our drinks. So for one, they gave us a hair in the drink, and then the next time we came here they gave us basically full cups of ice, even though we asked for no ice in one and then light ice in the other. To make matters worse, we order the dragon drink, and they gave us a completely different drink. also, we did not appreciate the fact that they were only using card, that should not be happening and we hope to not deal with this again.

I ordered food and drinks for my whole family. I waited quite a while, but a nice brown haired barista helped me. I haven’t seen her there in the morning before. She assured me that they were super busy, but would help me and my family go on time. Got all of my items correctly and I was on my way.
