Sushi Fix has been our go-to sushi spot for many years. Unfortunately, the service during our last two visits was less than ideal and we will be going elsewhere moving forward. My wife treated me to a late Father’s Day dinner and as always, we had an amazing time. The recent renovation really opened up the space. It feels more inviting and much less cramped, which makes the dining experience even better. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the rolls were generous in both size and flavor. We’re regulars when it comes to the udon noodle, silly roll, and sashimi platter....

I have a few critiques.
1. The rolls lack depth of flavor that I have gotten from other sushi restaurants. I think it’s mainly to do with the lack of proper rice seasoning
2. The pieces of the rolls are absolutely massive and hardly fit in your mouth. Makes for an uncomfortable eating experience
