I actually love this place. It’s quick, cheap, you get your bang for your buck. They have great Pho and Chinese egg rolls. Their pad Thai is good, as well as orange chicken and fried rice. I’ve been happy with service and my food is always hot.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pho and chicken dishes are very tasty. However, I did not care for the Pad Thai. The noodles were overcooked and broken up and it did not have the typical tamarind taste.

The food tasted fine, customer service was great, and the atmosphere was great… until my family got food poisoning. This is really disappointing as we enjoyed the meal until a day later and we are all sick. Hopefully this was just a one day thing, because food poisoning is not fun.

We love the food here but you have to make sure you're getting the sauces you ordered. Multiple times we have ordered sweet and sour chicken only to get home to find no sauce. The last time we even asked if they had remembered to put the sauce in the bag this time and we were assured that they did. Only to get home (25 minutes away) to find no sauce again. Check your order before you leave the store! The food is so good but it's not worth it when you don't get what you ordered.

Food was sooooo BLAND! No flavor! Very expensive!

Moo Shu Pork was inedible, and smelled like a burnt pan when we opened it. The cream cheese wontons were cold, no noodles in the Veggie Lo Mien, and the worst part, only broccoli STOCKS in the Lo Mein, no broccoli florets! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Tri Wok’s food. The staff was very nice, and resolved some of our issues, but I want all my money back for the inedible food, and stomach ache that has followed…

The man taking my order was as disinterested as he could be. One item in my order was wrong. Food was meh. Got no thank you after i paid the bill. Try somewhere else.

We ordered pickup and they didn't have what I ordered as they had run out, which is fine, so they gave us a substitute. But all of the food was disgusting. The egg roll sauce smelled like feet and the egg rolls had an odd taste. The sauces for our chicken dishes were bland and the chicken was chewy and hard. Would not recommend this place.

Firstly, I never write reviews. I couldn't wait to get home and eat. Smelled so good in the car. After the first bite I knew my general tso was horrible. Tried to eat more of it but impossible. Very chewy and mostly batter with little meat. I can honestly say first time I haven't been able to enjoy a Chinese meal. The Pho was average and very bland. Couldn't even finish the potstickers. We really wanted this place to be good because we live close but won't be going back, ever. Really sorry to leave such a terrible review but when deserving this is it.

Had the pad thai. It had very little flavor. The potstickers were also very bland and gummy. Don't think I'd order here again.

Really great food and I especially love the Pho. A couple of times there were mistakes in our order (i.e. missing rice for an entree) Still, the food tastes amazing and the portion sizes are great especially for the price point. Recommend!

Very small place, carryout only. I ordered Szechuan chicken- it was mostly green peppers and pricey. I asked for extra soy sauce and was told it was in the bag. I asked for utensils and he grabbed a fork from somewhere under the counter, unwrapped. No napkins. It will not be a place I return to.

We tried it twice and won’t be returning. Like others have said, the food is bland and lackluster. Pad Thai noodles were all stuck together, the lo mein chicken under seasoned, the grilled pork tasted funny and vermicelli salad was bland and the dressing was made cheaply. Fried rice on the other hand was good. I’ve come to the conclusion that they have no idea how to cook authentic Vietnamese food. So I’ll continue going to Minneapolis or Brooklyn Park to get my fix.
