“BRIE Catering was great to work with for our wedding catering. The food tasted absolutely amazing (we were getting compliments all night long), the prices were a lot more reasonable compared to other wedding caterers we looked at, and the day of operation went smoothly aside from a few miscommunications about what was already pre-paid for (we had pre-tipped the staff a month or so prior and paid for closing staff and cake cutting services but those items weren’t showing up on their end resulting in my mom and coordinator getting pulled aside a few times throughout the evening to sort out) - it all got resolved though . Also if there's left over cake that you want to keep, I would recommend asking the day-off staff to hold on to it because they ended up throwing our left over slices away. Aside from those minor hiccups, everything else went smoothly and most importantly, the food tasted amazing and was presented beautifully.“

“We had a great experience with Creative Catering by Molly for our wedding. Molly was incredibly flexible, offering to make literally anything we wanted if we provided a recipe. Some of the unique items we requested, like shrimp tostadas and a loaded tater tots bar with carnitas for our late-night snack, were huge hits with our guests! Run a banner so that it is the first thing you see when you go to the website. When a person calls and asks an employee for the date, they have no idea. “They open shortly after 7:00 am. Lumper guys came to my truck and charged $150 for unloading. They accept Comcheck, EFS and cash. There isn’t really parking but you can stay overnight on the side of the street right before facility. I got here the night before and stayed until those guys came to me. No one else bothered me“
