They would not sell me a single cookie that is on their menu listed. Complete joke. Not just to me but four others walked in and walked out because they denied anyone from buying a cookie. JOKE. Franchise owner needs to get a hold of the incompetency in this location.

Not everyone has a good experience, no. My niece and I went there first time didn’t know what to don we stood there and they all looked at us without asking anything . Right when I was about to ask them for service, I saw tables for orders. As customer service, it is always polite and friendly to ask customers Who seem need help. They need to talk more.

I've been to a few Crumbl's in the Twin Cities, and this is the only one that makes their cakes and cookies perfect everytime! This is the only location that didn't serve me a dry Tres Leches cake.
