I placed an online order tonight 3/26/25 at around 11:30 pm. I followed the tracking information. once it showed delivery, there was nothing at my house. I had specified my porch light would be on and no other houses on the block had their lights on. I tried to call at around 11:50 (their website showed a close time of 12) and only got a message that they were closed, and that inquiries should be sent through the website. the website help selections were all bots and not helpful...read full review
Horrible service. Ordered a pizza said it we would take an hour. Kept an eye on the progress an hour later it said it was out for delivery and an hour after that it said it was delvered,. Never came - called to find out where it was and they had no idea said they would start over but it would be about three more hours. Got a refund but no apology. No excuse for such poor customer service.
