This erbert and gerbert's is absolutely awful do not go there what the heck. My wife and I placed an order via door dash from this location. One of the sandwiches was beyond messed up, like it was intentional, obviously excluding main ingredients like the bacon, and we ordered extra chicken which cost extra, and didn't get extra. There was hair in it. I couldn't believe it. One of the soups we ordered had two hard plastic pieces in it, and the other was a cheese and broccoli and had no broccoli! We had a previous order that was jacked too. It's apparently a trend at this location. There's no way employees are pulling this sort of garbage with the store management not knowing about it.

Went into the bathroom as an employee was coming out and he definitely didn’t wash his hands. Not acceptable in the food service industry. Also ordered a sandwich with pickles and banana peppers and came with neither. It’s not like they were busy, one employee was standing on his phone. Would not recommend.

How many times do I have to order bacon and not get it? One piece of thinly sliced turkey strategically rolled is not enough for a sandwich. It was basically a bread, lettuce and tomato sandwich.

We are there 3/21. Our server, Desi, was exceptional. Our sandwiches were terrific. 10/10 will go again. Also very clean facilities.
food was great, only disappointment I guess I'm used to more of a half is 3inch vs 6inch at subway or 8 inch at Jersey mikes but it was really good quality and good amount of steak, but because I'm still hungry I may need stop subway. can't complain too much except the cost to get another quarter idk if I'd spent another $28 including tip n delivery

My 1st time to an Erbert & Gerberts and this West st. Paul store does not disappoint. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Michael was so nice with all the customers that came in while we eat. The food is good flavourful and I had soup it was perfectly hot temperature. Highly recommend 👌 👍
