Got the pick 2 paid 12 dollars and some change for a number 44 and Mac the 44 it’s supposed to come with onions and peppers. I did not see any or taste any the sandwich was the smallest sandwich I ever seen it was like 3/4 inches had bland taste, I won’t ever spend my money with this place again sorry not

I visited your establishment to pick up my daughter, who is currently employed here. This marked her third weekend at the workplace, prompting my interest in experiencing the renowned offerings of your establishment. I opted for the veggie sandwich, which I found exceptionally delightful. However, I must note that the soups, while enjoyable, leaned towards a slightly elevated saltiness.

Two days ago I went to erbert and Gerbert west Saint Paul. I did an online order and my daughter had gotten a sandwich and I got a sandwich. My daughter kept saying something was hard in her sandwich and it was gross, I thought she didn't like the onions and banana pepper so I ignored it. I told her take them out. Then she did not want it and gave it to me. I took a bite and something hard fell out I have a video of it and then the smell of it seemed like something was old inside of that. The hard thing that fell out cut my lip I called spoke to a manager and was supposed to receive a call back yesterday haven't heard anything since. Not sure they care!

We called ahead to check on their soups, fellow working was very kind and very knowledgeable of menu items, inviting us to come stop by the store. When we stopped in, he greeted us with a warm welcome and clean restaurant. After returning home to eat our soup and sandwiches, I will say this one of the best and freshest meals I have had at any Erbs! We will definitely be back soon!

I used to love this location, but i’m just appalled. I ordered a boney billy, probably the easiest sandwich on the menu, and was given bacon and lettuce on bread. That’s it. I do not understand unless you have 13 year olds working how this happens. Called and the “manager” hung up. This is why the restaurant is failing. Hire better, competent people who can do the most basic job of making a sandwich that is on the menu. Girl doesn’t even know how to give a proper, full refund. Never ever coming back & have made a corporate report.

Every sandwich I've gotten has been very good. Their white bread is delicious. I tried chicken wild rice soup. Basic, but good. Staff is hard working and nice.
