Employees are great. Owner might be considered overly-concerned about margins. The sausage has been subpar for the 29 years I've been patronizing the company. The bilingual sign that they don't cook the pizzas there is awesome on multiple levels. Jalapeños should be a topping option. High quality ingredients. A similarly named competitor company has an axiom as a slogan that it doesn't follow. It would be much more appropriate for this place.

Ok...I just have to say this. Usually everything is fine...but this particular time, I asked for original crust, I got thin. Then, what really puzzled me...the paper with instructions was ON THE PIZZA!!! Not between the plastic as usual. No...ON THE PIZZA. IT WAS SOGGY when I removed it. I almost threw the entire pizza away. But it's paper and the pizza must be cooked. But...not happy with that. I won't order online anytime soon. Probably best to go and watch them make it. Yea. I'll do that.

I always order a Papas favorite from a few different stores but the one in W St Paul always has my order ready on time and made the way I expected.

I have always loved Papa Murphy’s pizzas. This was my first time picking up from this location. I ordered online. I ordered the large Cowboy pizza & added the mixed onions. It was delicious! And the employee there was very nice.

They do a really good job of their pizzas. And they're quick whether you walk in or order ahead on the app.
