The food wasn’t fresh the service was fast and friendly. The Chicken fringes were soggy the toast bread wasn’t toasted. This wasn’t a good experience for late night at the location.

The line was so slow. We finally get to the screen to order and no one says anything. Probably about 3 minutes go by someone mumbles something. So we order, get to the window and wait for about 10 more minutes. We see inside the employees are just slowly meandering about, no sense of urgency. Finally an employee asks for the name of the order, mind you everyone in-front of us is gone already. We finally see them getting the 2 drinks for our order and then we get our food. Chicken tenders were half the size they used to be, fries portion was sad. They need better management and need to learn to pick up the pace.

I bought 2 combos, one for my son and one for me but my son didn't want to eat more because the black chicken came out! You have to check the food well….

Can you do better with the food?. It would be nice to have the french fries crispy out on the outside and actually cooked all the way through. As well as the chicken, what happened to it being crispy on the outside?. Service is fast, but I’d rather have fully cooked food, then faster service.

Excellent service during a very busy dinner rush! So friendly! Reggie nailed it and was very accommodating. Eat here! It’s good!

Made perfect sauce was just enough for all the food...
Employees were more interested on being friendly with each other than the customers...
All tables were dirty seats were dirty had food and sauce on them floors had food underneath tables and food and other customers school stuff was in between seats and booths... We had to clean our own table to be able to sit in the booth plus the tables our family sat on in the middle of the room we had to clean off as well....

Customer window rep named Heavenly was absolutely wonderful! She had the brightest smile and super friendly.. the kind of customer service that every place needs!
Oh yeah and the food was good, quick, and Hot!

Literally nobody else in the lobby and only one person on the register helping a Boomer with a coupon while three employees stand around doing nothing.

I left and went to Wendy's instead where I could order right away and get my food in less time than it takes them to help one Boomer with their coupons.

Maybe have the coupons wait so working adults can order food on their lunch breaks?
