Continually ask and pay for a double shot of vanilla in my latte. Continually never get the vanilla. Try to call and they do not answer the phone and hang up on me. I guess we will be going to Caribou from now on. đĄ

Went here for my birthday drink when I pulled up the website where it had information she just said well I have to scan something usually people do the app. I believe Rea was on name tag? Just came off super unhelpful so I download the app which she said it's not showing up she was a little more helpful said sorry nothing they can do on there end and to call customer service but when you call customer service they say there is nothing they can do on there end and sometimes the store will honor it sometimes not. Then you get a generated response to comments or emails no point of wasting your time. There are two other coffee shops super close willing to help and serve with great customer service.

My sister and I decided to mobile order for drive thru around 2:50pm from our house and drove there to give enough time for our order. We get there at 3:01pm to pick our order up and proceed to wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes which is completely fine, we get it, we work in food service. At the window we were handed our drink tray, the venti iced drink wasnât all the way in the cup holder and proceeded to drop and spill all over me when my sister was trying to pass it to me. The barista at the window witnessing the 26 ounce drink spilling all over our car and me while saying âhave a good dayâ and then closing the window. My sister also realized she accidentally ordered her drink hot instead of iced so I told her Iâd just got ahead and take it in since I needed my drink remade to see if they possibly could do hers too. Her cup was covered in the mess from my cup spilling also. Talking to who Iâm assuming is the Shift Supervisor at the register she sighs when I tell her what happened (showing my empty cup covered in milk) and asked if I could get my drink remade, which she just took my sticker and huffed. Then I asked if itâs possible if I could get my sisters remade ice that it was our mistake for mistyping, she snappily responds âwe donât have time for thatâ made a face and walked away to remake mine. Being told no isnât the issue, I wouldâve understood and said it was fine. Itâs the way the question was handled and I was snapped at when I wasnât even being rude or short. Nothing is more embarrassing than having to come inside covered in a drink and to be snapped at after we waited 15 minutes about how they donât have time. The barista on bar witnessed what happened and told me âIâm so sorry about thatâ. We get having a bad day especially a busy Saturday and you feel understaffed, but not everyone is out to get you or trying to create problems.

Ordered from the app for pick up at 5:15 when I arrived at 5:30 only one drink was done out of 3. The men working have absolutely no sense of urgency at all; when I came in they were talking to each other about non work related things like there isnât anything to be doing!! There were FIVE people that said they were waiting for orders from 5pm still at 5:45 pm which is absolutely insane. The lady that was working with them was doing the best she could already AND stepped up to help them. Maybe itâs my fault for ordering Starbucks in the afternoon but JESUS CHRIST.

The service at the drive thru has been consistently poor. The worst was the evening of 10/21. The person at the drive thru was mumbling and I could not hear her when I placed my order. When I spoke louder I was told I had attitude and should go elsewhere. I have since been visiting Caribou and Panera. They are both great! Great service! Thanks to the dark haired woman with glasses at the window for the suggestion. Maybe she should focus more on doing her job properly and less time berating customers and telling them to go elsewhere.
Again Caribou and Panera are great! Recommend avoiding this location. They are vastly inferior to any other location I have visited.

Order a drink from drive thru. When at the window to pay, I ask to add one more drink. The drive thru lady refuse to add one more drink to my order. And said she canât do that. If I needed to add another drink I have to go around to order again. Her reason â all our drink are timed on how fast it comes outâ. This is poor customer service. Theyâre loosing out on money cause they only care about their own performance and not their customerâs interest.

Horrible! I ordered a black tea and got coffee .. they completely messed up our orders, didn't scan the app.... Just a mess! Would not recommend.

The drink I asked for was a Mango dragon refresher with cold foam and pearls. I got a watered down drink with 4 dragon fruit pieces and about 8 pearls, it's not worth the money go to a different Starbucks. On a different note I went to this Starbucks a few months ago and they gave JUST the dragon fruit and mango base nothing else just a clear yellowish drink with nothing else.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. To make matters worse, there was an issue with a refund I was due, and they didnât return the correct amount. When I tried to resolve the problem, the manager was equally unhelpful and dismissive. Their behavior was disgusting, and they showed no interest in resolving the issue. I left feeling completely ignored and cheated out of my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
