I went through the drive through and the lady handed me the hot coffee cup in a weird way so that I could only grab the cup by the top, the cup ended up bending the lid came off and the coffee went all over me and my car. The lady didn’t ask if I was okay or offer a new coffee she just said “so do you need a napkin then” as I was in tears over the hot coffee all over me and the car I got less than a month ago which I now have to pay to get a deep clean detailed to avoid the rotting milk smell. Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled.

Very disappointed with the service at this location.
My girlfriend was getting us coffee, it was handed to her by the barista in a poor way, and immediately the entire cup burst and drenched her in hot coffee, not to mention her purse and vehicle interior stained too. Well beyond the point of a few napkins fixing it, as offered by the barista. Customer service and training has always seemed very poor at this location, but to have a customer’s coffee burst on them with how you hand off the drink is unacceptable.
We will not come back here again.

I constantly have to double check my order because they always get it wrong. If there were a Starbucks another closer to my house, I would not go back to this one.

Multiple times I have asked for no lemonade only to realize that they made the drink with lemonade. When that's the only request it's kind of hard not to be irritated when they get it wrong again.

Unsure of the older ladies name that I had a horrible experience with but I have been in customer service and sales for 10 years and she with out a doubt needs training on how to treat people. She treated me like I was at fault for the drink carrier breaking while passing me it and got upset and walked away I do appreciate the drinks being made again in a timely fashion but what I don’t appreciate is the attitude that came with it . I could have got just as upset being a customer and having the drinks fall due to quality of the carrier but I did not I know things happen. But for an employee to get an attitude with me over something small as a carrier breaking is unacceptable. Furthermore I get out the car and pick up the broken cups off the ground and I tried handing it back to her to throw away for me because it still was wet and she told me she can’t take that back and closed the window , so I had to park my vehicle go inside and throw it away . I wasn’t trying to hand her the cups to reuse them so I don’t see why she couldn’t just throw the cups away. I’ve been to this location multiple times and always have had great experiences but this was not okay. And to add the drink doesn’t even taste right , out of all the things I could have said or done after the altercation I drove away and accept my drink as is because it’s life and we are all human. Someone should tell her that.

Ordered 1 coffee and when my order didn't come in the correct order. 2 people in the dine in line got there's before mine, I went back to the register and she said it was in queue, and still coming. They allowed 2 more dine in drinks before mine. Horrible service!!

Have had several poor experiences here. But finally, today waited for a long time in a drive. Through where there were no additional cars ordered, an iced mocha was left to sit at them window asked if I was the online pickup order when I told them no, they closed the window and left me to sit longer.Then gave me a hot vente mocha when I told them it was iced, she pushed back and said, that's not what I ordered. Not only was it what not what I ordered, but it was a terrible mocha and I will no.Longer be back at this location for sure, and maybe not starbucks at all. You cannot charge somebody seven dollars for a drink, and then let it be substandard.And not what they ordered.

I understand good help is hard to find. But Jessica was not helpful in one bit. When I quested my total she verbally mentioned she handed me my receipt and walked away to help the drive thru. Well she verbally told me the wrong total. Mystery was eventually solved but she offered zero help. I spend way too much money here on a weekly basis to not be treated with good customer service that we pay for. Already price gauging on coffee! At least give us good service.

Arrived and went to the counter and stood there patiently for 4 minutes before being acknowledged. Waited a couple.more minutes to order. Store had 2 customers inside and drive-thru had a couple cars so it wasn't busy. Oh wait...mobile orders..taking priority. Then watched they play with their pony tail as they made drinks and got food. Grose.

Worst service ever, staff is impatient and rude and tell you they are going to spit in your drink with something extra special, Jessica said she will make my drink with something extra special in it!!!!! Order canceled immediately

They are so slow at this location. Waited 25 mins in drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of us. Not sure what they are doing in there. They make the drive thru line impossible to leave once you order. Not going to this location ever aga I n. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location.
Ordered 2 drinks and then got asked to pull to the front to wait. Other people were getting their drinks after us and we got ours and it was wrong.
