I understand good help is hard to find. But Jessica was not helpful in one bit. When I quested my total she verbally mentioned she handed me my receipt and walked away to help the drive thru. Well she verbally told me the wrong total. Mystery was eventually solved but she offered zero help. I spend way too much money here on a weekly basis to not be treated with good customer service that we pay for. Already price gauging on coffee! At least give us good service.
Establishment out of eggs, took about 10 mins to get a grande apple crisp with oatmilk shaken espresso inside. I went drive thru 8/26. Much faster service this coffee is life, and I didn't even ask for eggs, would be great if you didn't have to drive to other locations for a complete breakfast.
So, I don't normally leave reviews but this Starbucks and its employees earned it by going the extra mile for me there customer. So I placed my order and placed it completely wrong it was my fault. When I got my order and said that's not what I thought I was ordering they took it back with no argument and a smile and a apology even and made me the right drink.
