Rude staff rude female supervisor. After staff was rude I called to let the manager know and she was rude also asking me what else do I want after I explain her staff rudeness and smart mouth towards me. No apology at all. I had to drive 15 min to another BK to avoid staff messing with my food. Staff being rude is one thing but when the leader is rude is beyond me. Very annoying

Cashier joked about charging me $80 for a $24 order (weird and never funny). Also complained about being busy despite there being almost no other customers. Many lights were off inside so it just felt creepy. Felt bad taking my kid here because of the SpongeBob Movie Combo. Hopefully never have to go to a BK again.

Every single time I come here the food is cold. I used to work at Burger King so I know exactly how long each item takes to cook when I went through the drive-thru I specifically asked to have the original chicken sandwich dropped fresh. I pull up to the window 30 seconds later and they hand me the food. I knew God damn well that food was not fresh I didn't ask you to redrop the food I asked for you to drop fresh food. I don't know if the rules have changed but when I worked at Burger King this was not allowed If somebody wanted fresh food you dropped them fresh food!!! Stay away from this location like the plague!!!!!

Food had totally become substandard, even for fast food. Haven't been there for long time, but sooooooo disappointed. Just yuck & too expensive yuck.
Everything about this place has dropped in quality. The onions went bad and they still served them. The credit card machine was down. The worker at the drive through didn't know how to work the register and the person they asked for help loudly and publicly berated them so we all could hear.

Went thru drive thru at 1pm for a quick sandwich and a drink. Got back on the road and unwrapped my double cheese burger, the first bite was filled with mustard and the burgers had been reheated in a microwave with cheese melted all over. Just probably the worst I have had in some time. I’ll be skipping this place in the future. Yuk.

I usually go to the Burger King by my home, this one is by my job and fails in comparison I came here and ordered a bacon King, which is known for its cheesy juiciness and it was completely dry and lackluster, it was so dry I threw it out the window. I decided to give them another try a month later and the patty was dry again. Waste of my money. The staff seems really nice but the food is gross. Every time I think about that burger my stomach hurts and it makes me not want Burger King anymore.
