Everything about this place has dropped in quality. The onions went bad and they still served them. The credit card machine was down. The worker at the drive through didn't know how to work the register and the person they asked for help loudly and publicly berated them so we all could hear.

Went thru drive thru at 1pm for a quick sandwich and a drink. Got back on the road and unwrapped my double cheese burger, the first bite was filled with mustard and the burgers had been reheated in a microwave with cheese melted all over. Just probably the worst I have had in some time. I’ll be skipping this place in the future. Yuk.

I usually go to the Burger King by my home, this one is by my job and fails in comparison I came here and ordered a bacon King, which is known for its cheesy juiciness and it was completely dry and lackluster, it was so dry I threw it out the window. I decided to give them another try a month later and the patty was dry again. Waste of my money. The staff seems really nice but the food is gross. Every time I think about that burger my stomach hurts and it makes me not want Burger King anymore.

Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals and a double cheeseburger. The guy taking my order forgot the double cheese burger, and the whole process of getting my food took over 10 mins and I was the only person there which is ridiculous. Somehow got all my food without having to go back, only to find out that the buns on all my food were stale and the drinks I got were just carbonated water with food dye in it to make it look like a soda. I can understand being understaffed but the guy working the window just stood at a counter waiting for my food to get done for 10 mins. Don't go here, go to the McDonald's just down the road from it.

Order thru that App at 647am. Google says drive thru is open at 5am for breakfast got to the store 15min later and they said they don't have my order ready because the lady said she was late and forgot her keys and then said they don't open until 7am. Which is it? Then she said I had to wait another 20min because I had to wait for the broiler to heat up. Always having issues with my mobile order. I try to order ahead of time just so I can have it ready when I get there. But having to wait longer for your order is ridiculous.. I never have these issues at other BKs in the area. This store has the worst service ever.

Just ordered fiery mozzarella fries, and this is what I got all broken in half and pieces. Not really fries if you ask me. Also, the cheese is lumped and cold like it's been sitting out for a while.
