Chill little spot with friendly warm service. Limited food menu, but the simple breakfast burritos hit just right on a cold morning. Also a small case of Hispanic baked goods that they make. We come frequently.

Got a breakfast burrito, a strawberry concha, and two lattes with my wife and young son. The service was delightful and thoughtful. The food was amazing with lots of local businesses represented. Will 100% come back again and bring friends

This spot was recommended to me by a customer at the place I work at. I love to come here and do some WFH/ HW before I get my haircut. But anyways let me tell you that the conchas here always hit the spot. I’ve lived here in Minnesota my whole life and no one has made them better than Cajeta. Service has always been on top! I’ve also had the Horchata Latte, Cafe de Olla, and regular latte. Next time I’m going to try the Mazapan or Cajeta Latte.
