I tried to use my streak week rewards in the App and it stated that it could not reward it, so I went inside to see if it could be used at the counter and the gal was able to access it there and reward it to me. I kindly thanked her for that.
I really like this Caribou, which I have used for remote work recently. The staff is nice and they have mint tea and other non-coffee options which I like (too late in day for coffee). I just wish the food options were wider, including for customers who need to keep gluten-free. Also, the restrooms could be cleaner. Thanks.
My daughter and I were ignored at the window until after our drinks were ready, and only then did the staff take payment. No greeting. We were excited to give our answer to their trivia posted in the window: which Caribou team member is your favorite? Sadly, they were all focused on their phones.
