I called the day prior to pickup requesting (2) 2.5 gal canteens of coffee. I showed up on time at 7 AM as requested and they were not ready. It also appeared that they had completely forgotten about my order. Didn't get an apology or a discount. Never spending money here ever again.

If I'm going to spend money on a cup of coffee somewhere, this is going to be the place! It's the home of my favorite drink, the mint condition. None of their competition offer anything comparable either so I won't go anywhere else.

Was met at the drive-thru with a genuinely friendly barista. Made my morning a little better, actually! My hot mint mocha was customized with skim and tasted great.
Ordered an egg biscuit, they gave me a muffin! They say “I’ll have the total for you at the window” which means they haven’t entered your order yet and they’ll probably get it wrong. Order takers should read back the order and give you your total BEFORE you pull forward.

Terrible service at this location. Was at the coubter at 740. No one was in line in front of me, yet I still stood there for 5 mins while they continued to take new orders at the drive-thru. I walked out and went up the block to Dunn Bros. This is not an anomaly - it's the second time that I've had this experience at this location.
