The Caribou team at this location is among the best of the too-many-to-count locations I frequent. All are great, but this particular team is my #1.

The person who took my order was extremely welcoming. The person who made my drink appears to hate working there or she's just rude. Didn't thank me for coming, makes me regret leaving starbucks. I guess I shouldn't have tipped because the service was terrible and my drink is worse.

Waited 20 minutes for my birthday drink to be told I could not get it because it wasn't in the app. There were only 3 people working for the morning rush. There were at least 15 people waiting for their drinks and 15 more in line for the 8 am rush. Cooperate greed at its finest. So disappointing because it's the most convenient coffeeshop to my house.

Prices are insane. $3.84 for a black medium coffee. Nothing fancy. I wanted to get something else but everything is over $5.50.
Corporate price gouging is a shame.
The workers were a delight and the place was great. But until Caribou stops gouging its customers to give its executives huge bonuses, I’m not going back.
