We gave this place a lot of chances, but we won’t be back. Service and product quality are just too poor.

Garbage service, not even Dairy Queen “quality”- if that’s even a thing, well, they don’t have it.

Blizzard wasn't mixed well; the bottom third didn't have any of the mixings and the blizzard is melted. I know when I visit this location that I'll receive lackluster service.

Workers were very rude way better DQs near by with much nicer employees.

The google hours say open until 9pm. We stopped by at 8:36pm and they said they had cleaned the mixer and weren’t taking any more orders.

It’s Free Cone Day! Are you going to coincidentally have a power outage today, like you did on every Free Cone Day for the past several years???

Staff didn't dare turn this blizzard upside down as it would have run out of the cup.

What an awful place. I would give zero stars if I could. Mismanaged and run by a bunch of inexperienced 16-year olds. We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru on a Monday night. Ordered 2 small snickers blizzards. When they finally came out, it was soupy vanilla ice cream. I said, “I’m sorry to be a bother, but we ordered Snickers blizzards.” The girl said, “Yeah, those are it. I just didn’t mix them very well. There’s Snickers in there though, I promise,” then shut the window. I stirred each cup and didn’t find a single piece of candy and the ice cream was as melted as a malt. I knocked on the window politely told her that they needed to be remade. She rolled her eyes, took them back and said she’d “be right back”. We watched her through the window - she had just handled cash, but didn’t bother washing her hands or putting gloves on. She sprinkled some snickers bits on the top of the same cups, gave it a little stir and brought them back out to us dripping and spilling out into my car. I said, “my god, this is a mess! Do you have napkins?” She said, “NOPE!” and slammed the window on me.

My little boy bit into something that was super hard and sour, hurting his tooth. We ended up throwing them out. I just wanted to take my little guy out for a special treat. So disappointed in this experience - we will never return.

Food quality certainly has gone down with this food chain. They don't make the blizzards like they use to. Last few past experiences, they got the order wrong. Or forgot to add an ingredient to it. They are skimpy with the treats and or just blend it to nothing. Not) been disappointed to many times at different locations. Time to say good bye to dairy Queen.

Here is a photo of what they consider a brownie choco extreme blizzard, save your time and go some place else, should have looked at the yelp review, they are horrible. Maybe not trained. Blizzard is ice cream and brownie dust, nothing choco extreme about this blizzard, $8 bucks for a glass of ice cream

So disappointed! Quality and service were non existent. We have been going there since we were kids in the 1960's. Will not ever return. Cup and Cone is by far superior in product and quality!

Took the grandkids for hotdogs and ice-cream.

Went once, terrible quality on how it’s made. No care what so ever. Made the mistake of giving them a second chance. Even worse, it looked like our my ice was sitting on the counter all day gave it to us. This place definitely needs better quality management.
