The Moo Late had chunks of ice in it and tasted like syrup; it clearly was not properly mixed. Also needs to improve scatchy drive-thru speaker.Kid-friendliness: Has Kids Menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accesible. Bumpy, uneven parking lot. Narrow doors. No handicap door opener. Will need to use drive through.

I usually love going to Dairy Queen and usually never have problems but this time was different. For starters the intercom in the drive through you can barely hear, secondly I attempted to order a misty freeze and the flavors aren’t posted I asked for blue raspberry and all the drive through person said was “we don’t have that flavor” lots of sass behind it and I had to ask her to list off the flavors, then getting to the window only has my buddy’s milkshake and proceeds to explain to me I didn’t order anything when I surely did and proceeds to give me more sass, rushes my treat I tasted pretty much ice cream and shaved ice with zero flavor, terrible customer service and didn’t care to make my drink with patience. My advice is go to another Dairy Queen where there employees won’t give you sass and rush your food/treat basic customer service out the window.

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE, IT IS WORTH THE GAELS AND TIME TO GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. THEY NEVER STAY OPEN UNTIL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CLOSE THEY ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. WE PULLED UP AND GOT OUT CUZ IT SAID OPEN AND IT WAS ONLY 825 AND IT CLOSES AT 930. BUT WE WALKED UP TO THE DOOR AND THEY WATCHED US. AND THEN THEY TURNED ALL THE LIGHTS OFF. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY DONT MAKE BLIZZARDS RIGHT THEY BARELY PUT ANY CANDY/TOPPINGS IN , ITS USUALLY JUST ICE CREAM WITH MAYBE A SMALL SPOONFUL OF STUFF PUT IN.

It’s a weird experience when you’re somehow disappointed with your ice cream. This location was very lacking in quality! They don’t have chocolate soft serve here, so no twist cones. I got a shake instead and it was a big let down. It wasn’t very cold, was not very flavorful, no whip, and they didn’t even fill the cup the whole way. The place seems to be run by teenagers, which isn’t odd, but it doesn’t seem like they’re much interested in quality control. I don’t know if the owner is just stingy and instructs them to give less than you paid for, but that’s what my guess is.I won’t be returning to this location. There are far better DQ’s in the area!

Pulled up at 8:40 and after waiting for a few minutes I was told the blizzard and ice cream machines were already cleaned and shut down. That I could order something premade if I wanted. Is it normal to close 20 minutes before you close? Disappointed.
Worst Dairy Queen in the Midwest. Nobody gives a damn about their job and the kitchen is NEVER open

DQ has great non-dairy Dilly Bars made from coconut milk and has a delicious mild coconut flavor with the chocolate coating. The Star Kisses are yummy too, three popsicle flavors, cherry, watermelon, and blue raspberry (mouth at risk of some blue discoloration! ?)

First off, service was terrible and unprofessional. I'm 19 years old and I know better than to be cussing in front of customers, I can understand a slip up, but they were literally cussing at each other every sentence without hesitation. It was really disappointing to me. The kids working here seem to not care one bit what their service or quality of food is like. I went with a friend and she had a hair in her chilly cheese dog. Brought it up to them and the employee said "there's a hair in it" guy making the food says "oh shit my bad" employee- "you dumbass HAHAHA " uhhhhh..?? And for me, I got a mint chip shake, wish I had gotten a photo. it was not mixed well at all, it was syrupy looking lime green at the bottom and that's all I could taste. Not worth it, will not be going back there.

My husband & I were just there. The kids working there are clueless! My husband ordered the chocolate brownie extreme- medium. The girl brought out a mini chocolate cup! They redid his. I ordered a medium puppy chow( both were blizzards) blizzard. Mine came out & didnt look right? I said there should be puppy chow in this. She just looked at me speechless. I repeated what I said & added it’s ceral. She said we don’t put ceral in it. There also was no peanut butter. Chocolate chips were all at the bottom. We just walked away & said we will Never Go Back!!!
