Almost 2 years ago, tried them out, after the ownership change. Food was great, and a welcome update to the local comparable places. But then there were subsequent problems with missing items, some major, in already paid for orders. The capper came when I showed up at the appointed time for a to go online order, and had to wait an hour and a half for it. So we crossed them off the list.
Today, over a year later, decided to give them another try. On-line menu still weird - demands what kind of rice on the side for a fried rice order (?) Order came back with a 50 min time for pick up, not unexpected on a Friday night.
Arrived exactly on time, to be told that the order had never gone to the kitchen. Sigh, a 25 min. wait for it to be prepped. Odd that the previously packed place was only 2/3rd full on a Fri. night, but seemed well staffed. Staff was responsive and friendly, but not apologetic for the problem.
Took food home. First found there was no rice included at all for any of the three entree's.
Sweet and Sour chicken was inedible - fryer grease was many, many days past needing a change. Smelled bad, looked bad, tasted worse. Someone was heavy handed on the red coloring in the sauce - deep blood red that actually left red stains on skin.
Egg rolls had that same rancid grease essence - and whatever was in them had turned to an unidentifiable mush.
Kung Pao was to be "medium" in spice level - it was rocket fuel, so also could not be eaten. We also eat Thai a lot, so have an idea of what the levels may indicate - and this was at the top. Fried Rice entree was good, and the only edible portion of the meal (even if we didn't get the extra side of rice(!) promised on the menu). So out of 3 entrees, one order of egg rolls, all for $54 almost all had to be thrown out.
Cross this one off your list. Any of the competing places are far more dependable choices.

Cute little Asian restaurant with reasonable pricing and good portions. When you walk in doesn't look like much, not fancy but nice sit down place. All the food has great flavor and staff were accommodating and nice.
First time here and would definitely come back. Recommend a try. A little chilly in the restaurant so bring a sweater.

I support every business that supports their community. The owner of this restaurant feeds the homeless. It is truly a blessing.

While I've yet to pay them a visit I saw the owner on a youtube video (joshlilJ) giving alot of free food for the homeless in the community. Seems like a great guy and people in the community should look to support his business!

I have been eating here for years and keep it at the top of my list for best restaurant. Plenty of delicious options and great service. Large portions as well. A family owned business. I have brought friends and family to eat and meet Ting, the owner. I have met most of his wonderful family who treat us well each and every time we visit.

Ordered food, and order was never excepted but yet was charge twice. This is not okay. I’ve reached out 3 times now and have gotten no answer back. Took my money and can’t even give me a call back…

The food is pretty bland for the price. I tried the pho, dozen oysters, laab wings (probably the best thing I had there), dumplings, and sushi.

This place used to be good.
After tonight’s meal, we will not be coming here anymore. We ordered egg rolls and wontons for appetizers. The wontons came out fine, but when the egg rolls arrived the wrapper on the inside was completely raw. We then asked the server to have the kitchen remake it for us. After a few minutes goes by, we receive the remake order of the egg rolls expecting it to be cooked through. However, it was still raw in parts of the egg roll which is unacceptable.
Leading onto the entree/sushi, we ordered the crazy chicken. It wasn’t up to par at all, the crispyness, spice & flavor was not what I remembered. 4/10 rating.
One of our party member’s does not eat raw sushi, and on the menu they show (C) for cooked sushi which we proceeded to order for them. We ordered the “Mega Roll”. When we got the sushi, we noticed that the salmon inside was 95% raw for a “cooked” sushi. Why advertise “cooked” if there’s raw salmon inside?
I used to recommend this place to others, but not anymore. Having 3 different incidents in one meal shows a lot.
