worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to in my life will never be going back. I watched cars drive past me as i waited 15 minutes to get a simple meal and the food was cold. My drink was half empty with no ice in it. They tried to make up for it by giving a lousy free blueberry pie, but quite frankly that is not going to cut it. I am extremely disappointed and would rather starve than ever find myself going to this mcdonald’s ever again in my whole life.

They suck! They ALWAYS mess up the orders. I usually just go to the one on centerville and hwy 96. Today I stopped at this one on the way to work ordered a mcgriddle and only got the pancakes(buns) like how do you even do that if not purposely? You can barely understand them so I just speak to them in spanish and they still get it wrong. These are not teens either, its grown adults working the morning shift.

Be careful with this McDonalds! They will charge you correctly for items, not give you your full order, and then try to recharge you for it! I asked for an extra item with my meal that normally comes to $11.55 any other day. With the extra hash brown it came to $12.85. It was rung up correctly but the employees refused to give me my extra hash brown without recharging me another $2.79 which I already paid for and it was on the receipt! I said no and left not wanting to start an argument because both the guy and woman were clearly annoyed. I did the math to make sure that I was right and called the store and spoke to the manager who clearly wanted to hurry me off the phone and said to come back. She didn’t want to even listen to my point to her about her employees clearly not understanding their job. I got the store manager name and store number and will be contacting the owners. This McDonald’s ripped me off today! ?

The crew at this McDonald's right now is a dream team. They are friendly, and our orders are always correct. Thank you for bringing the breakfast bagel back.
There was flies everywhere I couldn't eat my food and ants on the floor. They messed up my order terribly. I had to leave because there was bugs everywhere and I ate outside horrible people working there, never again

I went to this McDonald’s this evening. In the building there were flys flying around. I order my food and waited. I get my order with missing food and orders completely wrong. I got to my car and I threw up after eating my food. There are way better McDonald’s establishments nearby. Please drive to the other locations. This location is not worth going too.

Straight up lied and said they were cleaning the espresso machine, when the espresso machine is clearly visible from the drive window. I understand being busy, but the cashier was obviously having a hard time handling the rush.
