Ordered food that took over an hour to get ready, food was cold. Advertised shamrock shake and strawberry shake idk if the workers didn't feel like making it but they gave me drinks that I did not order. Food order was completely wrong I am sure they just threw stuff in a bag and had it sit there for an hour. Displeased.. next time I will call the store and make sure they have properly put in the right order. Don't advertise shakes if you're not going to actually make it take it off the menu.

i mean it’s a mcdonald’s so you can’t really expect a 5 star restaurant or anything. the drive thru service is so bad though, from the “what do you want?” to the interrupting while you’re ordering to ask “that’s it?” it’s just kind of annoying.

Stood at the register waiting to place my order took way too long. Restaurant was dirty pop all over the counter where the straws are. The help acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Five out of the last seven visits the shake machine has been down

This McDonald’s doesn’t even have ketchup. What a joke. Tables had trash left on them. Place was better before they had a remodel.

Went there today and although the order was accurate, the sandwiches were too burned to even eat. I will recommend that if you use the drive-through, take your bag, park in the lot, open and check everything out before driving back home.

Service has been terrible lately. Nobody to come take your order, so you must use the self-serve kiosk. My last several visits have been over 10 minute waits for food to come out.
