Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and iced coffee through the drive-thru. I went to the pickup window, and the guy handed me my food, but no drink. He told me to pull forward to the waiting area. I did, and several minutes went by. A girl came out to deliver food to another customer in the waiting area. I told her I was waiting for an iced coffee. I thought she would be back with the drink in a matter of seconds, but she went back into the restaurant and didn’t return. After another few minutes, I got out of my car and walked into the restaurant to try and find someone to give me my drink. The front counter was unattended, so I had to wait even longer. At last, after about 20ish minutes of waiting, I caught the attention of one of the employees and showed him my receipt, indicating that I hadn’t received my drink. He gave it to me without even apologizing for the wait. Unbelievably crummy service.

For an order ahead on the app meal, later on a TH night(after 8:45p), I didn't expect the drive thru wait time to be so long. There were 5 cars ahead as I pulled in and spent a good 15 min isn the line to get my order. Not sure what was up? This isn't my usual McD restaurant to visit.

Terrible service. The guy taking my order proceeded to push me forward to the first window without even asking if I was done ordering. Then got verbally upset through the mic when I said I wasn't done with my order?.. next takes my card for payment and I dont get a receipt? I had to go on my bank app to see what I got charged...

I recently stopped by this **McDonald’s** and had a really good experience, even though the app gave me a little trouble! I tried to place my order through the app, but it just wouldn’t go through. No worries though, because I popped inside and used the self-service kiosks, which were super easy to navigate.
We ordered 8 hamburgers, a medium fry, a large sweet tea, a large diet coke, and a Happy Meal. Everything came out perfectly! It only took about 10 minutes for our whole order to be ready.
The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly even with the app not cooperating. The dining area was clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I really appreciated that even when technology glitches happen, there was a simple, stress-free backup option with the kiosks. Plus, the accuracy of the order made me feel like they really care about getting it right.
If you ever run into app issues or just want a quick, easy way to order, I definitely recommend giving the kiosks a try. I’ll happily come back here next time I’m craving a McDonald’s meal!

I have never had such a great experience at a fast food place in my life. The guy that took my order in the drive through was friendly, funny, and you could tell that he took pride in his work. He also is a great salesman, I would recommend this McDonald to anyone that would feel guilty about eating fast food.

The person who took our order through the speaker was PHENAMONAL!!! He was so nice and making jokes and informing us about the wonderful deals. Brightened my day, and it was the end of the night, lol! He had a short beard and glasses, so if you know this young man, then get him a raise!
