This hole in the wall by the lake is a gem! The food is fabulous and when the weather is good, it's the perfect spot for a yummy lunch and a walk in the sunshine. The pesto Turkey Sandwich is my favorite!

I ordered a cheesecake with provolone, and let me tell you, this sandwich is no joke. The size of this sandwich will have you enjoying it for leftovers.
It was cheesey, gooey, hot, and delicious.
The fries weren't overseasoned which was super nice too.
The atmosphere is super chill, great choice of music, and trivia is available.

The dining area is a little cramped and can be noisy. If you're not getting it to go, it's better in good weather when the outdoor seating is open.
But the sandwiches are REALLY GOOD, and almost absurdly huge. I get the Cuban, and it's loaded with shredded pork and ham, cheese, plus just the right amount of pickles and mustard.
For lunch, I eat half of it and I'm pretty much set for the rest of the day. And I'm a grown-ass man with a decent appetite.
We're lucky to have this place in WBL.

Parking: The parking immediately adjacent to the restaurant can get congested, but you can easily park across the street if you don't have mobility issues.

Heard about this place from tik tok and so worthy of the drive!! The Italian club is so good and Herb really put his heart and soul into his mayo. The 3 million dollar sandwich is to die for. Highly recommend adding a side of sriracha tots too!

Drove a bit to get here and it was worth it! The 3 million dollar sauce was delish and I got to try it for only $13!! Sriracha tots, yum! The guy in the bathroom is super quiet. He won’t bother you. 😝
