I have order pho 3 different times from here and food is okay. However, very stingy with protein. Pho here is my expensive than other location but they are very stingy with the protein you get with your pho. For the amount that you are paying, its not worth it. I dont think ill be back. Hope they improve because I do like the location, atmosphere, and service but food is lacking.

Was there any Thursday was not busy waiter did not seem very interested nor make any suggestions or offered to make up our food.. I suggested that They cover their seats because they're all open and cracked Kind of gross And I'm sure that's a health code violation 🫥 take care of your place so people come back
My friends that were staying with me said they need to have combination meals and I always suggest them to make a dinner with walnut shrimp because I always order walnut shrimp and fried rice and then I add on sticky wings because if I don't it's not enough, those items are my dinner and it would be nice to have walnut shrimp as a specialty dinner

Service was terrible. On July 3, after we waited for at least 20 minutes while the young Asian male waiter chatted with a friend while we and at least 6 other tables were waiting to order drinks and/or dinner we walked out. The two female waitresses were working hard and the one young Asian waitress told the Asian male to “get to work.” My wife and I had been to Orchid many times before. Unfortunately, the service has been declining during the recent past and after watching the male waiter ignore us and the tables waiting to order their meals while he happily chatted with his friend, we walked out and, it is probable, that we will never return.

Good food, little expensive.

Great place for really good south east aisian food. Good portions, I was full after appetizers.

Zero rating. Been ordering takeout for years. The cashew chicken was so dry and old it had a texture of paper you could not chew through. The portions were half of what I'm used to getting. There was a strong garlic Salty flavor that my whole family is complaining of the next morning. As hard as it was we tossed it all in the garbage. My family resorted to pancakes for dinner. This is a complete bummer because the Asian cuisine was far above others but something must have changed as they always do at restaurants. This is the end of a long lasting relationship with the Orchid. This is not a cry for a gift card because it would go unused. Plenty of other new places to try. By the looks of the number of people in the restaurant that used to be packed with a takeout line out the door was 20% occupied or less. No one even at the bar. The word must be out.
