The worst chicken subgum chowmein with cashews I ever had. No flavor looked like canned chowmein. No chicken in it what so ever. The egg foo young was a mush pile. Will never go back. Fortune cookie not crispy.

Do NOT order the Mongolian Beef! Unless of course you like it vegetarian. NO meat and ALL onions.
They used to be good.
Any suggestions in the White Bear area that has decent food?

What!?! No chop sticks, no napkins….Egg roll looked good, but inside not so good. Couldn’t tell you what what inside, but it was soft and undistinguished, so I couldn’t tell you what veggies it had and/or if it even had meat price is $8.95 for two rolls, wouldn’t recommend the egg rolls.
$12.95 shrimp fried rice, had a shrimp in every 4th bite, so I think it was lite on shrimp compared to my (far away from work) favorites , literally had to spit out a shrimp, because it tasted funky spoiled. Also ordered sesame chicken +another $21.95 and disappointed in the more breading than chicken than breading and a weird sauce. Sauce had a twang and breading was thick, soft, and soggy and don’t remember seeing any sesame seeds, so maybe she got my order wrong.. I bought this much so I would have som left overs that I could have over the weekend. EPIC FAIL AND LESSON LEARNED, to not buy for leftovers till I know the place is worthy😞 I was super hungry and usually that fact gets an extra star because it is so satisfying to be full. I won’t recommend or go back to Pagoda. Had tables barricaded at the door for take out. No table restaurant dining. No chair to sit and wait for your order (I stand all day at work). Probably not gonna let you use a bathroom if needed….and location is in a beat down old strip mall location. 😬👎
$36 lunch, best serving was to remind me “anything is possible with faith” in my fortune cookie (except a decent Chinese lunch close to work).

This is my new chinese spot. It's definitely worth the money for. The beef brisket is literally to die for. It is so tender and basically melts in your mouth. The beef congee is so simple but delicious. The salt & pepper pig feet delicious, as well as the pepper getting a nice kick. The soft shell crab was amazing, it's was amazing they some how had it during the outside the season. This is possibly my opinion thr best chinese restaurant in the state of Minnesota.

My family really enjoyed the food. We ordered several items off the menu and everything was great. Sesame chicken, orange chicken, veggie lo mein, egg rolls, beef with pea pods, chicken chow mein. We may have found our new Chinese spot.

You get a laugable amount of meat. I doubt my quart had even 6 OZ od beef in it. Out of the 3 heaping scoops I took put of the container, 2 pieces of beef. The lo mein is 80%veggie 10%protein 10%noodles. I genuinely feel ripped off paying 40$ for glorified veggies.

Got food poisoning from here. Not surprising given the fact once you walk in, everything is very cluttered. All kitchen supplies are stored in what was once their dining area. Will not be coming back.

Super ghetto and greedy. Not worth my $57+ for 3 items!!! No meat at all!!!!! No dine in!!! I’m sure the reason to why they do not let their customers dine in is because they know a lot of customers leave without checking their food so the customers usually don’t realize that they have been ripped off big time until they’re already home!!!! I could have gone somewhere nice to dine in!
I can see in the reviews that pagoda is very greedy with their meat, but I don’t understand why, even after a lot of customers complained about that, pagoda still haven’t tried to fix that behavior and still continued being greedy ? I ordered chicken curry, the spicy chicken stir fry, and shrimp lomein and none of them came with meat ? they were all basically vegetarian dishes!!!

I ordered chicken wings and sweet and sour chicken for delivery. It came in a timely fashion. However, the sweet and sour sauce melted through the lid and was ruined. Which led to a container of chewy fried chicken pieces with no sauce. Won't ever buy from them again.
For the price you pay for the little amount of food you get. I'll go to Ha Long Bay. Same price and double the food.. No more Pagoda.. Sweet and sour chicken was chicken crumbles at best.. terrible..

I thought this was a dine in place, it's not. they have doors blocked off by tables. You can only order, go wait in your car for 15 minutes, and pick up. They didn't have a huge selection of combos to order from. I ordered the chowmein combo. Eggroll was okay. The chowmein is not a noodle chowmein it's a gravy chowmein (looks like dogfood or catfood). It was okay. Nothing to write home about. I will say compared to other Chinese restaurants the combo was a little on the 'small side'. I usually will have leftovers, but I didn't this time. I got the egg fu yong as well. Not gonna lie, they do have the BEST egg fu yong i've had in a real long time! I might go back for that, but that's about it.
