When we first went in, I was a little sketchy of the place, but then we met the server and he was so friendly and kind to us! Also the ice cream tasted amazing. I was told there was no pizza and the cleanliness of the place wasn't the greatest, but after meeting the friendly staff and tasting the ice cream, I was sold!

I tried to called and place an order like several times and no answer. Sadly my taste buds were hungry for pizza man and it sounded so good. If someone wants to place an order and they don’t answers their phones they are losing business and money. I could definitely understand if they are short staff or busy and that. They need to create an online ordering system like other pizza places do.

I currently work here. I love it. My coworkers are nice and understanding. But we could use some more drivers here in white bear lake mn. We allow pets!Kid-friendliness: We have a milk crate that kids can use to see the ice cream options better.
We live 3 miles away from the Pizza Man and wanted to try it. We ordered at 4:45, and the guy said it would take an hour, at 6:15 we called and asked the status, the guy assured us that the driver was on his way with our two pizzas and that it was a busy night with only one driver. COMPLETELY REASONABLE! We even offered to drive there to pick it up but he insisted that it was already on its way. 7 rolls around so we call again, then the guy says "oh ya we can't find your order, let me call my bosses boss to get you a refund" LIKE WHAT? We were cool with waiting but he straight out lied the first phone call. They never even made the pizzas. Been 30 min and no call back. Will be going into the store tomorrow to get this straightened out. Was super dissapointed because we heard how good the pizza was, but will never be returning. I see from other posts that this a reocurring issue that needs to be fixed. UPDATE: they won't answer our phone call anymore! DO NOT GO HERE UPDATE 2: We went in today (the next day) because they never returned our calls on reimbursing & they said "our manager is out with food poisioning" and then another worker came up and said "no? She will be in tonight" they also said that they delievered all pizzas and that the transaction "probably won't go through" but it did and we brought the receipt from our banking. We will be coming back tonight. What a horrible place! FINAL UPDATE: Went in again today, had to wait 30 min to even get the manager to come talk, she came out, handed a refund slip thing and rudely said "HERE" and walked away. Now I've worked in the food business, so I understand, I tip well, and I am patient. But i've never experienced so much gaslighting and disrespect before. Felt like I was at those "Karens Diner" where they act rude on purpose Never again, and save yourself a headache!

Pizza is incredible but delivery time often takes 1.5 hours despite them quoting 45min to an hour when ordering. We only live 3.4 miles from the store, so distance is not an issue. Just canceled our recent order as we waited over 2 hours for pizza. That's completely unacceptable.

Pizza was turned upside down no longer recognizable as a pizza! First time in over a year we've ordered from this location because of these issues in the past. Sorry for giving you another try!!

Love Pizza Man! Both their food and desserts are so good! We just can never decide on dessert pizza or their ice cream, but their both so good. So, why not get both? ? Keep up the great work!Parking: There is always plenty of parking! Seems like a lot of locals will walk or bike up to pick up their order or sit outside at their picnic tables and enjoy their ice cream.
Pizza man is one of our favorite places in white bear. So many kinds of ice cream. Humongous, almost novelty sized servings keeps us coming back.

We stopped here for icecream on a nice summer night. We ordered kids cups and were shocked at how big they were. They had a lot of different flavors to choose from and were patient while my kids decided. I was most excited that they had Blue Moon... a Michigan favorite that's often hard to find in the twin cities.
