The food at Rudy's is very good. The atmosphere is nice, the red walls make it feel like a supper club. When it's busy it's very noisy, it would be nice if they added something to absorb the noise. We went last night for my husband‘s birthday, he was looking forward to a Ruditini drink. It was alright. It seemed that the AC wasn't working, it was very hot in there. I wish something was mentioned to us about this. Being informed about an issue always eases the acceptance &/or annoyance. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was for a birthday but that was not acknowledged at all. I'm sure we'll go to Rudy's again but we were slightly disappointed with this visit.

Rudy's simply never disappoints. Meals are well thought out and executed by the kitchen. A fairly wide menu with many choices that should satisfy almost every appetite. Plus some great specials or event meals. My family went on Father's Day and there were three Father's Day specials that also included a free domestic beer, which is my favorite speed of beer. Highly recommended. Can be a little noisy. Can also be very difficult to get a spot in the outdoor seating, so be flexible when you go.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with our dining experience on Fathers Day. Have been to Rudy's before and food was great, so I wanted to take my Dad. Will never go on a holiday again. The food was terrible. Coconut shrimp was burned on the outside, raw on the inside. Gross! The chicken and ribs were dried out. The artichoke/spinach dip had a hard skin on it, like it had been sitting forever. So disappointed. $149!! Not enough staff, so service was poor. I'm not blaming the servers. They tried their best, there just weren't enough of them, I guess. Therefore, long wait to take our orders, no water refills. . .

You have a choice. I wish we would have chosen somewhere else. While we have been pleased with RRG in the past, this visit was horrible. 1. Hostess could not manage to show any human interaction. When I asked for a copy of the GF menu, I was given (thrown) a copy of the breakfast menu, 2. When server arrived about 10 minutes later, I asked again for the GF menu. She left..and came back bout 10 minutes later, and finally took our drink order. And to drop off the GF menu. 3. About another 10 mins, and I got my drink, and we (finally) place our order. Side note for restaurants: If you have a GF menu, put a copy of it on your website with your other menus. 4. Food was merely ok. I'd suggest the chef test and taste the GF ravioli dish. The sauce lacked any flavor, and the artichokes did absolutely nothing for the dish. In all likelihood, this was our last visit.

Wait staff was wonderful. Atmosphere of the place was very nice as well. The food was the only disappointment. Pork chops were very dry and most of the food had not much for seasoning.

Very busy but service was great, food good and reasonably priced. Noise level was high but overall a good experience.

I brought business clients who are also friends, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even though we arrived a bit late, the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The food was absolutely spectacular, and the ambiance was just perfect for both conversation and relaxation. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

I love Rudy's. We don't live nearby, but my mother-in-law does. We've been taking both of our mom's there for mother's day and other special occasions for the past few years. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are ample. Rudy's customer service is fantastic. One year, a coat was misplaced - maybe given to the wrong patron (?). It was old yet they paid to replace it. Yesterday, I dropped something on the floor when boxing up leftovers and they gave me a replacement portion for my to-go box. I was not expecting that. Between the food, atmosphere, value, and customer service orientation, we will continue to keep Rudy's near the top of our list and expand to more visits beyond special occasions.

Great place for a nice meal and conversation in Twin Cities NE suburbs. Very friendly and helpful wait staff.

The Thanksgiving dinner was good but the way check in was handled was atrocious. People piled in to the entrance and no one guiding the process in spite of the fact there were at least 8 staff standing there. Staff who did not know how to check in on the IPad. A fight ensued in the line which was related to this packed entrance. People exiting where people entering. All in all it took away from a special holiday. I am sure you could do better.

Always enjoy eating at Rudy's. Great food, large selection; especially salads. Very attentive in main dining room. This visit ate on patio, which we love, but service could have been a little bit better. Ex: friendlier and more attentive. Would recommend highly though.

A little surprised to find this place where it was located. Good food, walleye and sirloin were enjoyed. Was better quality than expected in this area.
