I order already 3 times on online paying for extra avocado and already ask twice if the sandwich has avocado and they say yes and when I’m eating the sandwich there’s no avocado keep paying extra for nothing

Got food poisoning from the sweet onion teriyaki sandwich 🥪 place is filthy and staff could care less. Teenagers lingering about topped off a dreadful experience.

The restaurant was not clean. The lettuce was brown. When asked if they had different lettuce the girl said I don't know i got here and hour ago. As an employee you should of said ill go check. They were out of certain kinds of cheese, meatballs, sauce. After we got thru the line they told customers they were out of lettuce and started to limit customers on how much spinach they could get because they were running low on spinach. Out of napkins 2 weeks in a row on a Thursday evening. Employees were rude and very unfriendly and never smiled. An employee had her friends there and was creating a disturbance in the restaurant and 1 of the girls went in and thew up in the bathroom. They were also vaping in the restaurant. Another girl bought 1 bag of chips and took 3. Tbis was Oct 9th, 2024 at 500pm. I filled out a customer survey and never heard back. Will not go back to this location.

I've been here 3 times this summer, all on different days/times, and each time this location has been out of several food items. Multiple meats and veggies, out of stock. I had to go to the grocery store to buy other items to complete my sandwich, which is ridiculous. Their soda machine was also out of order on today's trip, and they had no change to accept cash. What is going on with this location?? The staff were very nice and apologetic, I know it's not their fault. So whomever is doing the ordering/managing of this location, is not doing a good job...

Go to any other Subway besides this one.

Made an online order and they handed me my food saying they had no pickles, which is fine, whatever. But then they didn’t hand me a churro and cookies we ordered, asked where they were and they told me “they didn’t have them” asked if I could get refunded the items they didn’t have and the employee told me “I have no ability to do that nor do I know how to do that”. Couldn’t believe the rudeness of the employee who acted like I’m inconveniencing him by not just leaving after they just stole my money. Asked if I could speak to a manager or call someone to get my money back and he told me he can’t give me anything and I need to “somehow figure it out myself”. Whoever manages this place is clearly in over their head, the employees were totally lost and they were out of stock of a lot of things.

Not a great experience at all. Waited for 40 minutes in line (not many people in front of us) and when it was our turn, they started on 5 different online orders before taking our order. Those people were not even in the store and there was a full line of other people waiting behind us. The other person working walked to the back room while the other person started the online orders. We walked out without food.

The food was great for the amount i paid, the restaurant was clean and despite being the only person working at that point the worker Melonie was super happy and did a great job making my meal if i were her manager i would give her a raise, i will gladly go back and eat here again

I asked for a Spicy Italian, Double the meat and cheese, cut it into 3rds, extra mayo, and for the sandwiches to please be labeled.

I received a regular sandwich, cut in 2 pieces, and some extra mayo, not labeled (I ordered 2 total).

I paid a lot for that sandwich due to the Double meat and cheese. You can imagine how pi$$ed off I was when I got home to this dinky, EXPENSIVE sandwich.

I ordered though the app so I could swing by and pick it up quick so I wasn't able to correct the employee making it. I've never had issues at any other places with my order. This is my regular order that I eat every time.

Vegetarian options: You could probably get a salad here

Stood in line for an hour with only 3 people ahead of me. Only one teenager working, back showed up after 30 minutes. Another teenager. Hard to blame them. Where management at 3 o’clock on a Thursday? Why open if you don’t have any employees? Be better. Terrible leadership going on over

I had came to this store and had ordered 4 subway sandwiches. While in the process of waiting for my sandwiches to get prepared when I had noticed the pickles had white mold on it and some strand of hair in the pickles. After seeing that I was pointing to the pickles out to the female employee at that time who was working there she didn't care but made an excuse and said they were in the freezer and they were frozen. After that I left the store and decided to not pay for anything there. I will never come back there and it's a big disgrace that this employee didn't show any lack of empathy nor practicing good food safety practices for the sake of myself and as well as fellow customers that walks in that store. I will not recommend anybody to come to this store nor location.
