went in there and it smells like a janitors closet. Felt weird acting like I was lost or something and kinda made a u-turn and left. I couldn't imagine anyone trying to eat inside of that place

They won’t check the drive thru for cars- I sat for at least 5 minutes (no line) and still no one answered/greeted me at the machine/window.

My experience here overall was great, but there was this one worker that made my visit unpleasant, i believe to be a manager named Sarah, I could hear her swearing loudly in the back and often swearing at her employees. She was snippy while I was checking out.
I think she gives a bad wrap to the entire store.

Had it Thursday and it was more bread then anything. Gave them them another chance today and actually went in and ordered. Figured why it was more bread then anything. They sure have cut back on there meat portions. Got 5 slices of thinly slices of turkey meat on my footlong. Idk always been good here but I would recommend a different subway hopefully its better

UPDATE: Store staff was apologetic but did nothing to correct matter as manager was unavailable to speak to Door dash customer service was rude and blamed store

Here is a pic of the employee hanging out at the counter at 9:10 when the store hours (posted on the door) say they are open until 10. Doors are locked. So glad I drove here.
This place hires the lowest work ethic employees of all time. I’ve tied to go here multiple times and it the same result, incredibly slow, I’ve left many time because drive thru you don’t know if they are making or on their phones. Place sucks. The owner should be embarrassed. Do better!

I have tried to go to this Subway 4 times in the last 2 months and walked out 3 out of the 4 times due to longer than 20 mins waits. It was not because of being busy either. Each time they took over 5 mins per sandwich. One time she completed 1 person's order with 2 sandwiches in 14 minutes. I just can't return here because it is absolutely painful to watch the speed they work. It makes the sloths from Zootopia look speedy.

The last three times I've had to wait for over 15 minutes. Only one guy working.. no one else around.. during lunch hours.. terrible management if they can't help this or kids out

Accidentally went to the nearest subway on County rd E to get my online order. They told me it would be at the one up the road at 2720 cones East. Headed up there. Asked for my order. This white dude with glasses and a wood beaded necklace came at me very aggressively. Saying no you didn’t you ordered it from the wrong Subway. Accusing me of making a mistake before he even investigated. Turns out my order was on the counter the whole time they just didn’t make it. The new guy was very kind, but the sandwich was very soggy. The manager Sara was nice, but not over and beyond. Won’t come here again.

I did not finish my transaction because of the poor service. I was at the store 2720 east county rd E. It is very cold here today, so I chose to use the drive thru instead of going in as I usually do. I had never used the touch board before, I was able to order the 1st sandwich I wanted just fine, but when I went to order the 2nd, it would not let me enter it, I wanted something that was a custom order. I pushed the button for help, a male voice came on ( barely any volume at all) and told me it was broken, and I had to come in.As I entered the store , a female employee greeted me with a welcome- there was only one other customer in the store at the time, and was being helped by the male employee. She then asked me if I was the one that was in the drive, as I answered yes I was, she had my 1st sandwich I ordered up, as she told me what it was, and I then started to say what my second sandwich was when I was told I needed to wait- I suggested that if the drive wasn't working, maybe a sign should be put up saying it isn't working. The male employee yells out " do you think so?" and the female adds " it's worked for everyone else" I responded " look , you were the one that told me it was broken" At that point I'd had enough of their rude- condescending-arrogant-scarcastic attitudes. I told them just that. " I sure don't need your bad attitudes, there is another Subway just down the street, and I also said " I am a regular here, but not anymore. As I got to my car I thought " why bother going to another Subway? and elected to go to a Jimmy Johns instead.

I went to get my son a sub on my way home. Time was 3:15 pm, No one was in the store or drive-thru.
Simple order, ham, cheese mayo.
The worker gave me a ham, chipotle mayo, mayo sub. My son was so excited to enjoy his sandwich, only to find out it was spicy, and started crying. This is not my first bad experience there but I keep giving them a second chance. I'm done. This location sucks and just drive to another one.

Stopped in to get a sub on my way back home and for a regular subway eater I hadn't been to this particular location as it's not near my house. Just walking up to the door I noticed an employee coming to the door with a massive amount of boxes, so I opened the door for them to come out. No thank you, no anything, whatever. Walk up to the counter and wait like you normally do for someone to get to the counter and wash their hands. The person acted like it was a giant inconvenience to wait on. They asked what I wanted, I told them. Didn't have that bread, just had white and Italian herb and cheese, it happens. But then they start making my sub and I have never had someone put so little of the meat on my sub. So I asked for more. They immediately gave me attitude "you seriously want more? It won't close or spread if I give you more. And I already started putting cheese on". Well put the proper amount of meat. I have been to Subway enough times to know how much there is supposed to be. They groaned and put more on. Now for the veggies. WOW, if I would have actually looked at them before starting the sub I really would have just driven down a few miles to the one I know does a good job. The veggies were definitely old, the lettuce was browning, and every other veggie was the same way. I didn't even choose my normal veggies because I wouldn't even feed those old looking veggies to my animals. 0/10 do not recommend. I called my husband and told him about my experience and he said the food was the same way the one time he stopped there to grab food. So it's not a one time thing or just a bad batch of food.
