Every single time I order from this location on Uber Eats, my hot and fire sauce are missing. Mistakes happen, but I'm literally talking about 100% of the time I get zero sauce packets. Most customers like sauce on their Taco Bell, so you'd think it would be standard to include it, just like how burger fast food places automatically include ketchup packets even when they're not requested. My hot and fire sauces are requested, yet they refuse to include them. It seems like it must be intentional. I barely even enjoy Taco Bell without those sauces, so basically my overpriced Uber meal is ruined every time. I only keep ordering from this location because it's close to me and I keep thinking maybe this time I'll actually get my sauces, but nope, I never do. I guess I must be insane to think they might actually get their job right for once.

Borderland food scheduled an interview for my daughter there at a certain time they sent her reminders about this interview. They said hey we’ll see you in an hour for your interview. She shows up there and suddenly there’s no managers And the interview can’t happen get your crap together!!!!! The food sucks to begin with

Every time I come here they mess something up. It used to be good every time but now when I order a grilled cheese burrito with ground beef, it ALWAYS comes with steak instead, on top of that my quesadillas are never melted. This place sucks.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Pop tasted like water, nacho fries were old and crusty, chicken chalupa was an old shell and ice cold vegetables. Lady running the drive through seemed like she has never had a single sliver of emotion in her life. Will not return here ever

I ordered through the mobile app just to be told that they ran out of beef and couldn’t replace the beef with steak because their system couldn’t handle it and then they would run out of steak. I was given the choice to wait for the beef to be made or get a refund so now I wait for a refund. Good Luck.

i take it that the people working here don’t actually care cuz tell me why my VEGGIE mexican pizza had beef on it! and there was way too much sauce on the quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted … i’m happy we have a close location and the taste is there just needs a new staff that can make orders correctly
