We ate outside. The drinks were great, the food was good (though I didn't realize the wings would be deep fried). The service was fine until it wasn't. Our server, a petite female with dark brown, chin length hair, brought the bill without asking if we'd like anything else (dessert?). When she returned with it, having charged my credit card, I added a 23% tip. She then returned almost instantly and picked up the bill with my added tip while we were still seated....
We enjoyed our dinner experience totally today! I had the walleye dinner with the mashed potatoes and broccoli which was perfectly sautéed and fabulous! We also tried the appetizer of heated shrimp and langostino artichoke dip which was also really great! The bread served with the dip was really tasty and perfectly seasoned and warm! Will definitely be back! 4PM is good timing!
I ate several meals here, including a take out. I was staying at the attached Holiday Inn Express and it was convenient to eat here. I love that they offer anchovies on pizza! Keep that up, Green Mill! I had a salad one night and Bruschetta for another meal. Everything was good, the correct temperature. Service was friendly and quick.
