Been going through the drive-thru for lunch/dinner past couple months, It’s always been good at least for me. Most of these negative reviews are from people complaining about long wait times.I’ve experienced them myself and my food always comes out hot. I do understand some people come during their breaks and are in a hurry, But I think people forget the food is made to order here.
Good food, but weird pricing structure when substituting a side. If you want cheese curds instead of fries, just save yourself the hassle of questioning the price and order the regular meal AND the cheese curds. It will be almost the same and you won't feel like you're getting scammed.I just wish they would price a substitution more like the product price difference ($1-1.50) and not the whole product ($3-4)! OR--if a customer is surprised by the huge jump in price and thinks...read full review

Everytime I have come here, the cashier doesn't know how to ring up certain items like a peanut buster parfait blizzard, which isn't specifically on the menu, but is just switching the regular treat to a blizzard. Also, for as slow as this store is, it could be cleaner and faster. It seems like the staff are lethargic and only half attentive.
