“We had such an amazing time at El Tapatio Mexican Cuisine in Glenwood Springs Colorado! The flaming trio platter with chicken, beef, and shrimp was absolutely outstanding-sizzling, flavorful, and so unique. The rice and beans were perfectly seasoned and complimented the meal beautifully.
The fresh-made guacamole with warm tortilla chips was the best way to start-so fresh and full of flavor-and the margaritas were excellent!
The service and atmosphere were top-notch, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank-you to the staff for doing a fun and memorable birthday song for me-it made the evening extra special.

One downside. The layout of the drive thru and surrounding area is wonky. Be ready to weave thru cross traffic and jump a curb or two.“
