“El Rancho Mexican Restaurant has the best location; near southwest Minnesota state university, quick highway access, and is THE hands-down favorite, when it comes to quality/authentic Mexican dining in our community. The excellent flavors and atmosphere are surpassed only by the truly epic staff. **One server in particular (I forget his name and I’m SO sorry), is consistently radiating a genuine, outstanding positivity, and I need to thank him specifically for ALWAYS enlightening me (and countless others) by being your incredibly wonderful self…always. I will be back as often as posible, thank you for all you do! ❤️“

“Food is good expect the potato soft taco after 10pm kind of goes down hill hard and burnt potatoes. But otherwise pretty good. Last 4 times I went there they messed up my order or I was waiting awhile but they made it right pretty quick. Will continue to go here.“
