“Simon's Tacos is my favorite Mexican restaurant and has the "Best Fajitas" in Sioux Falls area. They offer two fajita versions; Fajita Mixta is my favorite. The vegetables are al dente and the meat is cooked to perfection 100/100 Yummy The cashiers are always friendly and answer all my questions.“

“The service, food and drinks are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. They really go above and beyond. You get checked on multiple times and it’s a great experience. By the way they know how to make a drink and present it also. Very impressed.“

“This place was absolutely AMAZING! I was worried it was going to be another whitewashed Mexican place, but it wasn’t! Everything was authentic and amazing, the staff care so much about their customers and it shows.Their food? DELICIOUS! The tacos were flavorful and cooked just right. The rice and beans were top tier as well! I’d highly reccomend it to anyone who wants real Mexican food.“

“My family has been eating at Puerto Vallarta since I was a young child, and we can't say that about many restaurants in town. Service is always friendly, food is always quick, piping hot (or ice cold in the case of their delicious ceviche) and a generous portion for the STILL affordable prices in 2024. Perfect spot for a lunch for 2 with drinks under 30 dollars including tip. Everywhere else should take notes!“

“Apologies for the poor photo. I dug in as soon as I got it. I had the shrimp enchiladas with cream sauce and OMG. This might be one of the best meals I've ever had in my 45 years. Go, right now, and try it!
Kid-friendliness: A large variety of kids menu items.“

“Haven’t been to the restaurant, but have Door-Dashed twice and both times it was delicious! Even brought by car across town, the food is hot, chicken is tender, the salsa verde has just the right amount of kick. Love their hand-made tortillas, best I’ve had from a Mexican restaurant in Sioux Falls. Next time I’ll take pics.“

“I enjoy the food every time I come here! The workers are very kind. I’ve noticed when my husband and I eat here it’s usually around $23 for us vs chipotle being close to $28-30 when we go there. So far it’s been delicious and fresh each time I’ve been here.“

“I love this place, it’s probably my favorite place to eat in Sioux Falls. However, tonight’s when I went there, I overheard the employees mocking me in Spanish. I’m sure it was innocent and all in fun and games however, what they didn’t know is that I speak Spanish. I did make sure they knew I spoke Spanish and even said, “excuse me, what did you say?” In Spanish. They sure looked like deer caught in headlights. Extremely disappointed and not sure if I’ll return. Maybe inform your employees that more than just Hispanics take an interest in the language.“

“I picked up burritos tonight for supper. Mine was great but my husband's was missing the sour cream And guacamole! He said is was dry so he wasn't happy. Our food last week was great and this is our first not so good experience at this location.“

“The food and service were good. Beef, Chicken and veggie enchiladas excellent. All dinners come with corn chips as a side. To elevate they need a couple options here. I gave them a low score on atmosphere because the bathroom situation is atrocious. RR located in the basement which although screened is dirty and unkempt. The RR is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Floor tiles broken, smells bad and all fixtures need to be replaced. Enchiladas excellence helps overcome this but it must be addressed.“

“No.1 became my favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls. Then I was sad to move until I found out there was one in St. Cloud. Then I moved again, but low and behold now there's one coming to Rochester. You guys know me so well.“

“I came in on a one hour lunch break from work on a week day. I had 4 tacos, all different meats and a side of onions and Chile torriado. They were all delicious but the pastorpork, asada beef, and birria beef stood out as exceptionally delicious.
Many tacos joints will sell ya two white, flaking tortillas with less meat than tortilla -- not this place! It was a single crisp, yellow, corn tortilla. This is how tacos should be. The staff was friendly. I was attended by whom I thought to be the owner and his son. Lovely folk and I let them their food quality was superb.
Best way to test Mexican cuisine is by having their tacos, my pops always says. This place passed. Best tacos in Siouxfalls.
Kid-friendliness: Buncha kids in there. A la carte items. Much Seating. Low prices.“
