“1st time there for 4 of us. Loved most everything we had, seafood dishes in particular. Probably wouldn't order the red snapper again only because of so little meat on it but it was good. And, while probably a one-off issue, the steak we got was all gristle and fat, very little edible on it. Even so, there were enough great things that even if never chance it and order steak there again we'll definitely go there again. Was hard NOT to notice that the wait person we had had way to much cologne on, overpowering anytime near our table or those near us. I'd suggest tone that down a LOT. Really done nice work with the building.”

“So this is my second time there. I went a year ago for someone's birthday, which was fun then. This time, it was for my birthday and some friends' birthday as well. Dylan was really helpful teaching the one that has never been axe throwing. Throwing the throwing cards, that was fun. Hopefully, I spelled your name right. It's always a good time throwing axes. And the beer is always good. According to my friends, I am not only a grandpa but also a lumberjack. I am not that old yet. But according to them, I outwit my age.”

“Stopped in for a late lunch. Service to sit was quick and friendly. Waitress was slow to take our order. Very interesting menu. We ordered susi, daily special walleye and a wagu burger. The food took awhile to get. We asked for the susi as an appetizer but recieved it with our main dish. The cocktails where ok. The susi was very good and fresh. The burger was average. The walleye had very unique flavors added to it. I would recommend the walleye and the susi. The waitress was slow to take care of us and was a disappointment. Would recommend the susi for sure”

I definitely got full of it and salad bar. Server was amazing and made sure everything was great and even the manager stopped by to make sure all was good. Had I not been full I would have got that piece of carrot cake she suggested. It was nice to see all the staff smiling and so upbeat, you can tell they love their job! Will definitely be back and bring friends.”

“Hot stuff pizza is always good. This particular person at this location did not fully cook my pizza, or the oven is not working the best. I tossed my pizza in the microwave for about a minute, and it was edible. If I was at home, I'd have put it in the oven for a few minutes!”

“Just had an exceptional meal at Denny's in Sioux Falls, husband had a bourbon burger & I had a vegetable omlette. The food I found out was cooked by the manager, it was excellent used real swiss cheese made it even better!! Our server Maria was outstanding!! Very positive and friendly attitude. It is always refreshing when your server has a smile for you! Her service was quick and always made sure your glass was full, checking to see if you need anything. Every thing was exceptional! We will be stopping in every time we are in Sioux Falls! Thank you all so much!”

“We’ve always cherished their macarons! For my husband and I it was the first place we went to on our first date so for our wedding my husband wanted their macarons! And as always they were DELICIOUS! The owner Chris was truly so helpful and wonderful when it came to ordering and showing us how they would come packaged and pricing since we mentioned we would be traveling.”

“I've been eating gluten free for almost 20 years after, and their gluten free lemon cupcake is the best gluten free cupcake/cake I've ever had. And those sweet & sour lemon sprinkles...?

The gluten free triple chocolate cupcake was good, but I was expecting a much richer chocolate or fudge flavor. I ate it after the lemon cupcake though, which may have ruined me for all other cupcakes.

I'm only gluten intolerant, so can't comment on how safe this place is for people with severe celiac disease. Prices are a little on the high side, but it was worth it.

“Best healthiest Middle Eastern food. Food is always fresh and homemade. Prices are still reasonable considering high inflation. The staff are amazing. Tyler, Julio and Rosa are the best. Sanaa's is a gem in Sioux Falls. The sweets are tasty. Sanaa's hummus and tabouleh are the best I've ever had! Restaurant is always clean and spacious! Vegan and gluten free options!

“Emma was outstanding in my service experience yesterday!

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed, by accident. Even though no one was in sight when I opened the door, Emma stepped right out from behind and welcomed me in. I asked if it was too close to closing, to order? She said "not at all". I went to the refrigerator to look for a salad for my wife, who was on the phone. When Emma heard me tell my wife there was no Club Salad, Emma said right away that she'd be happy to make one for me.

When I met her at the counter, my wife asked about extra toppings on her salad and Emma said absolutely! She asked if I also wanted a pizza, which I ordered.

I don't know for sure, but I expect that Emma is a manager at this establishment because I am a previous fast food manager and supervisor and Emma's service was in the fashion of a manager. If she's not, she should be. She sets an example of exactly what a customer would hope for and what an owner of an establishment like this would hope for and expect as she would be expected for training others and setting the example. My observations continued to be well pleased as my visit went on.

She always was smiling and spoke with a pleasant tone. I noticed while she made my wife's salad she also made another Club Salad for the refrigerator, which is smart management.

My order was done almost as fast as I had time to barely sit down. She handed me my order with one of the best smiles and thank you over all others I've received in most all of my other visits to other restaurants.

Emma really set the bar at customer service excellence, speed and quality of food and service. And our food was extremely good when we ate.

After my very very hard day, I had, Emma was a breath of fresh air!

“My favorite Caribou Coffee location in Sioux Falls! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I come year round when I'm on the east side of town. I really enjoy that it's a drive-thru kiosk. I highly recommend the Campfire Mocha, Hot. And they provide pup cups for the pets upon request. (Please open a Caribou Coffee in South Sioux Falls, so Harrisburg and Tea can enjoy it too!) Keep up the great work, Caribou Team!”

“Arrived for lunch...very busy and crowded. Order was taken promptly and wasn't too long before it was delivered to our table. All the food was great. Mixture of Butter Burgers and some child menu picks. We will come again?

I was late to a meeting that was done a Scooter's. Maybe train help how to stop people from talking so they can help the next person in line.”

“No issues with this location. Pizzas always have enough toppings. Prices are great. We even burned one once and they replaced it for us. Literally no clue what we did wrong since we've gotten dozens of their pizzas. They said someone else had called in to say the same thing. That was very nice of them to replace it. Kids love the personal pizzas they can prepare at home.”
