Great food. A must visit
We went to Minerva’s for a rehearsal dinner. One of the grandparents has alpha-gal allergy and can not eat any mammal products, as well as has an allergy to some spices.
There were 2 chicken selections, but both were heavily spiced. We spiked with the general manager, who offered to bake her chicken on a platter to avoid cross contamination and even thought to come back and mention that the sweet potato fries she wanted were fried in a fryer that also fried mammal, so he...read full review
