Wonderful drinks and the service was great- just two workers handling the whole bar with efficiency.
Paramount recently reopened after being refreshed. It's perfect - the space is small, lighting is truly on point, service was unparalleled and food & drinks were delish. Beverages are nearing the high point of what I would be willing to pay - but they were well executed & the servers will accommodate your preferences.
