We had a reservation for 4 and were promptly seated at our scheduled time, which set the tone for a wonderful evening. The service was truly 5 stars. Even better, kitchen accuracy was spot-on: putting the bun on the side was handled exactly as requested without any fuss. Too often, custom requests get ignored or confused in the kitchen chaos, but getting it right ensures the bun stays crisp and everything is customized to preference.

“Stopped by to grab some food and got the grand combo with salad bar. Server explained they were out of onion rings and explained they would be replaced with french fries which no biggie. I definitely got full of it and salad bar. Server was amazing and made sure everything was great and even the manager stopped by to make sure all was good. Had I not been full I would have got that piece of carrot cake she suggested. It was nice to see all the staff smiling and so upbeat, you can tell they love their job! Will definitely be back and bring friends.“

“We are regular customers and have always enjoyed the welcoming attitude of the staff. But on August 10 my husband passed out and fell to the floor unconscious. They immediately responded and offered whatever assistance we needed. We want to thank them all, especially Susan, the hostess.“

“I picked up a DoorDash order the greeter at the register along with the young lady that was putting my order together was very helpful. I’d like to add that the young lady putting the order together in bags did offer to help me get my order to my vehicle and since I had 3 bags and 3 drinks carrying cases I accepted the help. “If you are visiting Sioux Falls and looking for a cozy lunch or dinner spot with a great menu, you need to give Jack Rose Social Club a try.

The menu has a good variety of options with some being unique items such as the Kansas City Hog Wings - one of my favorites!

The Jack Rose Burger is also a great choice. A take on the traditional American Burger with some flare.

The tap beer rotation is also nice. My favorite is the New Belgium 1554 dark beer. It is not a stout or bock but tastes like one so if you like dark beers, give it a try.

“Marlins.. the other day I had a soup the is 6 stars! 5 is not enough!!! The mgr suggested and she made the soup, it is the best cheese and potato and bacon I’ve ever had! My husband enjoyed his pepperoni flatbread and my boys liked their hotdogs. Since the kid's meals are served with apple juice and apple sauce, they left hungry. It would be nice to be able to substitute chips for the applesauce. I had the cheeseburger, which was very dense. It looked good, but I wouldn't have it again. The day was sunny and only one table was in the shade. The restaurant had a bunch of umbrellas leaning by the doors. It would have been nice to have them set-up so more people could enjoy being outside while they eat and can be shaded.“

We sat at a lovely sunny table outside and the executive chef came out to meet us and asked great questions to really understand our preferences and suggested to make a dish from scratch for us. The service was excellent (can't remember his name...Kros Strain shirt that day) but he was so helpful. Knew a lot about the beer on tap and made great recommendations. We didn't eat so I can't review the food. From the looks of the inside it would be a fun place to be on a busy weekend. Lots of room and so many neat wall signs. “My wife, son, and I came in for supper last night. It was a welcoming environment, clean establishment, with great customer service. We were greeted by many staff members before we could even get up to put our name in for a table! Awesome! We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was absolutely fantastic! Then my wife and I got the Blueberry Bison Burger and the Tandoori Melt! Holy cow were these both amazing!! We were in town for a doctors appt and were recommended to this place. “My girlfriend and I don't go here nearly enough! The place is always busy, and rightfully so. The ice cream treats are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and cheerful which makes for a very nice atmosphere when combined with family and friends sitting outside and enjoying good food. The first time we went here Michelle ordered a large strawberry cone and I a cup of ice cream. Her ice cream cone was so tall I didn't think she would get it through the window. I was so sad that I had to help her eat some. :) Recently I branched out from ice cream and tried a burger and fries. Delicious! Keep up the good work, Milkyway. We love you!“
