I had a surprisingly great experience at Crumbl this morning! The two young women and the young man working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service really stood out—they were friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit enjoyable.

It’s not something I usually say about a cookie shop, but this was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. The team created such a positive atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to come back.

Highly recommend stopping in—not just for the cookies, but for the excellent service as well!“

“I’m not sure what coffee roasting magic they do but I have not had coffee this good anywhere else! Unflavored coffee drinks are great - you can actually taste the attributes of the coffee.
Even the flavored drinks are very well designed - flavors/sweetness is not overwhelming and they complement the flavor notes of the coffee itself quite well.“

Somehow, we find ourselves forgetting what we thought about Severance Brewing until the next time we walk in. That's crazy to me because it's definitely my top pick for the Sioux Falls stops.

There is plenty of natural light. The music is good. The ambiance clean & fresh without feeling sterile/ generic or uninviting. The staff know their products & the selections are solid.

The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory. Of course, we purchased cooler beers this time... soon to be couch beers or camping beers.“

I had the dirty chai latte and the apple pie waffle with fruit and my sister mentioned it was my birthday and we were brought out a complementary (warm) strawberry pastry, which was absolutely delicious!! “I usually love coffea. I think the coffee is great. But you need to figure out a better system with your drive thru on Louise Ave. I’ve left the drive thru twice because it’s taken so long. There were four cars ahead of me today and I waited for longer than 15 minutes before I was able to exit the drive thru without ordering. There were still 2 cars ahead of me when I exited. I imagine it would have taken more than 30 minutes to get my coffee in a drive thru if I had stayed. I don’t mind a wait if I’m sitting down in a coffee shop, but at a drive thru I do expect faster service.“

“McNally’s Irish Pub has become one of the places my family enjoys visiting for dinner. Their menu has changed recently, and we’ve had the opportunity to visit both on a Sunday evening and during the week.

Our Sunday dinner experience was excellent. We were a party of six and were seated quickly without a long wait. The service was attentive, the food arrived promptly, and everything we ordered tasted great. The flavors were well balanced, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal.

A few days later, we returned for dinner during the week and had a different experience. Several members of our party ordered the same dishes they had enjoyed on Sunday, but the food was prepared quite differently. The meals seemed overcooked and lacked some of the flavor we experienced during our previous visit. Service was also noticeably slower during the weekday visit.

My impression is that there may have been a different kitchen or service team working, as the difference between the two visits was significant.

Even with the inconsistency, I still consider McNally’s a great place to eat. The atmosphere is welcoming, the menu offers a good variety of options, and our Sunday experience showed just how good the food can be. I would definitely return and hope for a dining experience more like our excellent Sunday visit.“

We sat at a lovely sunny table outside and the executive chef came out to meet us and asked great questions to really understand our preferences and suggested to make a dish from scratch for us.
