I've been going to this Starbucks for a bit, great service and coffee, yet I noticed recently that its a bit hot in there. Seems like the workers are uncomfortable with it as well. I would just like the place to be a bit colder so I could enjoy a hot coffee in a suitable atmosphere. Im sure others feel the same.
Just went through drive thru here and kianna/rianna (I couldn't fully see name tag) was so incredibly sweet and has amazing customer service skills. And our drink was made within less than 2 minutes of us ordering.
I love this Starbucks because its close to my job so i like to stop in the mornings the girl with the red in her hair working the window is an absolute delight .

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot known for its cheerful and helpful staff. Customers have enjoyed their experience, especially when celebrating special occasions like birthdays, as the staff is kind and attentive. They also make great suggestions, such as recommending the medicine ball for those feeling under the weather. However, some recent reviews mention a chemical taste in the coffee, suggesting that cleanliness may need attention. Overall, it is a typical Starbucks experience with a mix of warm service and some concerns about drink quality.
