Caribou Coffee is a popular spot for coffee, lunch, and snacks, known for its clean and comfortable atmosphere, courteous staff, and great coffee. Customers appreciate the genuinely happy and kind service, which can turn a tough morning around. Many mention that the staff is helpful, especially when it comes to handling large orders like the large canteen of coffee. They keep customers updated and offer tips for a smoother experience next time. The food is always hot, and the coffee hits the spot every time. However, some customers have noted that asking for extra sugar seems to confuse the staff. Overall, Caribou Coffee provides a generally positive dining experience with a few areas for improvement.
