I had the shrimp and chicken strips with a biscuit and blackbeans and rice. I was expecting a soft biscuit like Kentucky Fried Chicken. It was hard and dry and no butter. One piece of my chicken had an extremely weird texture and flavor. Rubbery instead of pull a part chicken. The blackbeans and rice had a weird smell the moment I took the lid off and tasted that way also. Staff had no clue how to run a kitchen. Mac and Cheese was clotted and cold. Mashed potatoes was watery. Classic chicken turned out to be spicy chicken. Biscits were hard and dry. It was the 1st time for me and the last time ill go to popeyes.
We are tourists visiting Sioux Falls. My husband and I came with our three kids for the fair and was craving Popeyes chicken and this happened to us.We ordered a 16 piece chicken tender meal ordered 5 cheese cakes.We were missing 4 pieces of chicken and missing 1 cake.
