“Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.

“Awesome job guys! It was PACKED in there and they tried their best to get orders out quickly! There was a wait, but I got my food hot AND it was accurate. Cut them some slack, they are people too and they're probably just as overwhelmed as you about wait times and how busy it is. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back! Also, I wanted to give amazing props to Juliet! She took my order over the phone and was really helpful! She was also able to handle a super busy lobby! I absolutely loved this particular location; I believe this is the first time I’ve seen one with a drive-thru. That feature was a huge plus for me, offering unmatched ease, speed, and convenience—it fit my situation perfectly. Kind people (one time I messed up somehow and accidentally made them waste their time on making AND delivering a duplicate order) no one was mean or acted frustrated. They told me it was okay, and we all went on with our day. Tip your delivery drivers well because they do a great job. I rarely have to wait more than 10-12 minutes from the time I put my order in online to the time it's ready to pick up. On a super busy night it might take 15 or 20 minutes but that's rare. The staff is always friendly and they all provide exceptional customer service!!!“
