“Awesome job guys! It was PACKED in there and they tried their best to get orders out quickly! There was a wait, but I got my food hot AND it was accurate. Cut them some slack, they are people too and they're probably just as overwhelmed as you about wait times and how busy it is. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back! Also, I wanted to give amazing props to Juliet! She took my order over the phone and was really helpful! She was also able to handle a super busy lobby! Ive only went to the location on Minnesota Avenue but will definitely not be returning after trying this location’s food. This location makes me understand why Wingstop is so raved about and changed my opinion on the food. “Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.

“This has been our go-to LC lately and so far it's been good. We don't usually order ahead so we have a wait time (as expected) and I always see them hustling with online/app orders. Always hot, always tastes good.
Place is always clean, always greeted when we enter, always leave happy!“

I’m giving one star on customer service and atmosphere because I had to listen to the chick working complain about drama the whole time I was there and brag about how she got rehired after getting fired and that she never got in trouble for any of the stuff mentioned in these reviews. Not the flex she thought it was. She made herself and her boss both look like fools.“
